Perfect stay

The location is perfect, in a walking distance to many of the must see sights of the Old Town. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Our room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular and so delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property.

perfect location to walk anywhere worth seeing in Plovdiv. Rooms are a bit small, but the location and service more than makes up for it. Will definitely be staying here on our next stay.

Lovely hotel right next to the Roman Amphitheatre. Would recommend to anyone visiting Plovdiv. My husband and I stayed in a Standard room for a couple of nights. It was his first time visiting Plovdiv, and we loved it. The location is superb, nestled between a listed church and a museum house, a minute away from the Roman Amphitheatre. The rooms are newly renovated and done to a high standard. A few things that made our stay perfect: - friendly staff (who also speak English); - immaculately clean rooms and common areas; - comfortable bed; - lovely shower with high water pressure; - delicious Illy espresso (small surcharge).

100%+ Recommend & Would Return! The staff was beyond exceptional; they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable & happy! They were flexible with our check-in/out time based on our schedules. They contacted transportation on our behalf and were clear with all communication. Breakfast is an optional charge, and we took advantage for one of our mornings. They had 3 meal options, so we selected 2. It was delicious with large portions and came with juice, water, and coffee options. Moreover, the hotel and rooms were clean, well-maintained, and artful! The rooms were spacious, well decorated, comfortable, clean! The bed was lovely and allowed me to sleep directly through the entire night. All the windows had flowerbeds and blackout curtains! The restroom was clean and had all the little niceties (shampoo, soap, dental kits, etc…), an abundance of towels, and a walk-in spacious shower! Lastly the rooms were modern with touch screen music, temp control, and clean/do-not-disturb indicators. Even the contactless electronic keycards were wooden, which just added to the unique & artful atmosphere. Lastly the internet was reliable & fast and allowed me to connect remotely for work. All in all, was exceedingly impressed and happy with Gallery 37! Do not hesitate to book!

This hotel has a wonderful location. Rooms are good and comfortable. The air-condition did not work in our room, but besides that everything was good.

Hotel Boutique reformado , no me gustó estar en la 3 planta de un edificio sin ascensor , no tenía ventana con vistas , tan solo una ventana de techo , también me pareció poco agradable que cobren por las cápsulas del café en la habitación . La ubicación es muy buena , los amenities del baño son de calidad , el desayuno es en una habitación que hay que reservar hora y es para máximo 6 / 8 personas .

This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The location is quite private and keeps the area quiet and peaceful at night. As someone who drove, it was great that I could reserve parking ahead of time. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the amphitheater and 10 from Kapana. The staff were very professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and aesthetically nice. The bathroom was clean and WiFi worked perfectly. Having jet lag we went for a late night stroll around the quiet neighborhood. Plovdiv is great but there is no doubt that I would stay at Hotel Gallery 37.

Muy buen hotel en Plovid, pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. El hotel tiene encanto y esta muy bien situado en lo alto de la parte vieja. El personal muy atento y amable. Repetiriamos.
