Great place on the Bulgarian seaside. We visit every time, when we decide to have a holiday in Bulgaria. From the beginning. Experience on the reception was excellent as always, very welcoming and professional. Makes you feel that extra special. The rooms were lovely. They ofer us an apartment, as a family of three, really very kind of them. And a double room for our friends. Both of them excellent,and with a nice sea views. Good spacious rooms, cleaned regularly through our stay. The restaurant and the food at Helena sands, are just fantastic. Very high level, with a good choice of salads, fish and meat. Have their own beach. You have to go a bit early, as it gets filed very quickly. But once there, lovely clean sand and shallow water. Perfect family holiday . Thank you very much for our stay, and expect us next summer again 😀

Great view but nothing else. Not a 5 star hotel

Habitacion amplia y con vistas preciosas de la playa. Piscina de un tamaño decente y cerca de la playa. Eso es todo lo bueno que podemos decir del sitio. Trato del staff horrible, el buffet estaba bueno pero el primer dia casi ni cenamos porque les dio por ponerse a recoger casi media hora antes de la hora prevista de fin. Nos sentimos agobiados en todo momento para cenar como patos. A pesar de pagar ampliamente por la habitacion. Las tumbonas balinesas y otras de color rojo no estan incluidas en el precio. Tienes que irte a otras que estan incluidad en la habitacion donde practicamente no hay ni espacio. En el desayuno si te descuidas te retiran el plato mientras comes. El staff no habla casi nada de ingles y la estacion que hace comida a la plancha fue incapaz de hacerle una tortilla simple a mi mujer embarazada. A la salida, dijimos que no usamos nada del minibar y nos dijeron que mandaban a alguien a corroborar si era verdad lo que deciamos (nos dijeron eso a nuestra cara). Para flipar, para nada una experiencia 5*, el staff no vale ni para una pension. Tampoco hay nada en el resort, en el de al lado tenian musica en directo etc. En el nuestro solo karaoke 1 vez a la semana!!! No coincidio con nuestra visita. Hay opciones mejores y mas baratas cerca. Nada recomendable!!

The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!

Akkurat passelig med folk. God plass over alt. Nydelig hotell, fantastisk mat. Savnet All Inclusive mulighet, men ellers perfekt.

Maten både frukostbuffé och middagsbuffé var fantastiskt.

Sehr gutes Hotel, gutes Essen, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, ruhig gelegen (zu Fuß etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum) - insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel und absolut empfehlenswert

Excellent Resort in a great location, on the beach. Own area on beach which was kept very clean and had free sunloungers and umbrellas available for Hotel Guests. In the hotel the cleanliness was at its best and food was very fresh, lots choice, service was great. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area was lovely, lots sunloungers and fresh towels with outside showers that were both hot and cold. Seperate changing and shower room near pool for use on departure day after checkout.

Staff was excellent we received a free upgrade to the president suite. It was absolutely wonderful.

Great place! All of us loved it!

The hotel is very run down. Staff was nice but this hotel is a 2 star on every level. Pool was not heated so nobody would swim. The halls have no ac so boiling. Sunny beach is a fun place but it is a dump. The food is gross except for the fish restaurant that is not part of the deal. That place is great. Buffett is sub par. Anyone who says the food is good is nuts.

Temizliği ve sahil kenarında olması çok güzel bir konaklama sağladı. Kahvaltı ve. Akşam yemeği çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi.

Schönes Haus, schöner Schein. Hier handelt es sich nicht nur um ein Hotel. Wer sich nicht an zu großen Autos mit zu kräftigen Männern nicht stört ist hier gut und sicher aufgehoben.

Great food, veggie options and the pool is beautiful. The beach is gorgeous, a fabulous setting and enjoyable stay!
