ホステル ムサラ

オペラ劇場で観劇するために利用しました。オペラの終演が22時だったのですが、徒歩1分くらいなのでとても助かりました。ただ、ホステルに着いた時、ブレーカーが落ちたらしくて暗かったです。宿泊客と思われる人たちが次々にブレーカーを元に戻していました。部屋と寝具はとても清潔で、二段ベッドの上段はとても暖かく、熟睡しました。良かったです。

The staff was great, but they needed to do better job about the cleaning.

The best building in Varna

The hostel is located in the heart of Varna, excellent location, Wonderful old building with charming vintage elevator. Nice and friendly staff. The room was big and cosy, but there was unpleasant smell of tobacco.

Da vi ankom den første nat, troede vi at vi havde booket et værelse med privat badeværelse eftersom det var misvisende på vores billeder. Herefter larmede de andre værelser sygt meget og valgte at spille musik og tømme opvaskemaskinen kl 4 om natten. Vi gik ned dagen efter for at få opgraderet vores værelse til et med privat badeværelse, men der var ingen i receptionen. Der stod tydeligt at de havde åben fra kl. 8:30 - 19. Men de var stadig lukket da vi ankom 8:30. Derefter kom en dame ind kl 8:45 for at åbne receptionen op. Vi fik en andet værelse, men det var dårligt rengjort, med sorte hår over det hele på gulvet og i sengen og på håndklæderne. Føj.

Good: location, owner caring and helpful at check in by phone, character building, gated paid parking. Bad: old building smell, one couch stained and with a rip (not really inviting to sleep on), mold in bathroom

I stayed at Hostel Musala for 5 nights during a longer stay in Bulgaria. My stay got off to a rough start. I had booked the exclusive apartment with kitchenette on the 5th floor, but when i arrived i was told the 5th floor was closed due to construction above. I was given a room on the 4th floor with no kitchette, but everything else. I was given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. The room i did get was very nice. The balcony, which i was looking forward to, was covered in pigeon poo and filthy. The other facilities, common showers, laundry and kitchette were good. The only reason i gave 3 stars instead of lower, was the fact that my stay in general was great other than the room issue. I wanted to enjog my stay, so i didnt make it an issue. But just be aware, if you have a booking on the 5th floor, you may be better to find somewhere else. Btw, Victoria is fantastic at the front desk.

Läget är fantastiskt, nära till allt Personalen är tillmötesgående och hjälpsam Det är rent och fräscht, dock är själva byggnaden sliten och köksutrustningen kan lämna övrigt att önska… Kom ihåg att det är ett Hostel, så kommer du att bli jättenöjd

The hostel is adequate for a 3 night stay , a little noisy through the night but that’s hostel’s, it’s in an ok location and central to beach / town etc. it could be improved by a deep clean especially things like the fridge / balcony /, that said the cleaning / cleaner is very good with general day to day cleaning to communal area’s, especially with so many people constantly occupying. The hostel is marketed at a good price point for what it offers, staff I didn’t really see that much but the check in and check out few words were friendly enough.

La verdad es que lo único bueno que uno encuentra al llegar a este hostel es la ubicación (a 10 minutos de la playa) y a Victoria, la chica de recepción, que es super amable y servicial. Victoria nos atendió de maravilla en todo momento y supo escuchar y entender todas nuestras quejas sobre las instalaciones que dejan muchísimo que desear. Desde el olor pestilente a humedad presente en todo el edificio, hasta la pésima calidad de colchones y almohadas que parecen casi más antiguos que el própio hostel, pasando por el poco aislamiento de paredes que te permiten escuchar a todos tus vecinos de planta. Estuvimos en 2 habitaciones distintas, ya que no había disponibilidad de reservar en la misma los 4 días, y si ya la primera fue mala, la segunda peor. En esta última no teníamos baño propio cuando se supone que es un apartamento de 2 habitaciones, nada más lejos de la realidad! El baño era compartido con todos los que estaban en la 3ª planta y aquello era un festival de portazos durante toda la noche que no nos dejaron descansar ni una hora seguida ya que, al ser un edificio antiguo, se escuchaba todo. Y no sólo los huéspedes, por la mañana más portazos de la limpiadora! Se lo dijimos al dueño del hostel, quien nos dió largas diciendo que arreglaría los mecanismos de las puertas, pero continuó igual. Demasiado caro para el estado de las instalaciones y las comodidades que son pésimas. Una mala gestión por parte del dueño que se nota que le da igual mientras la gente pague.

Okei olin täällä 4 yötä sinä aikana lattioita ei imuroitu tai pyyhitty kunnolla, lisäksi huoneessa oli paljon pieniä kärpäsiä ympärillä. Muuten hostelli oli ihan hyvä. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, lisäksi huoneesta löytyy oma lukittava kaappi, hostelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ja hostellin työntekijät olivat mukavia.
