The room was not worth what I paid. It was the smell of chemicals they use at this hotel that bothered me.

Πολύ καλή θέση και τιμή. Γενικά, καλό ξενοδοχείο. Βελτίωση χρειάζεται η εκπαίδευση του προσωπικού, να λένε τουλάχιστον καλημέρα, και το πρωινό, ειδικά ο καφές.

Sehr zentral, direkt neben der Haupteinkaufsmeile. Strand ca. 10 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof in 3 min. zu erreichen.

A typical hotel ... basic and comfortable. Breakfast served on top floor was just about ok. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was not good enough for a suite, so the whole place felt pretty warm unless you were standing under the AC duct

Nice and clean hotel just foot steps away from the central part of Burgas. Very close to shops, dining, and transportation. Would definitely stay there again for my next trip!

The hotel is in an excellent location and easy to find. Check in was pleasant and the room was nice and well appointed. Then it rained heavily and water came in through the window frame. We were moved quickly and the new room was fine. Water was coming in though windows in the common areas and restaurant. I requested tea bags etc as there were none with the kettle and cups that were provided in the room. I was told that I could have some if I paid for them at the restaurant prices. This is the first time I have heard of such a thing. Breakfast was a disaster. It began at 7.30 and we arrived at 7.35. The coach party ahead of us had cleared plates of fruit and vegetables and the supervisor had no interest in replenishing them. I had to argue to get him to refill the kettle! Our choice was very limited and I can't imagine what people who came to eat an hour later were given. We stayed in four hotels during our visit to Bulgaria. This was both the most expensive and the worst. I think that there are many better options in the area.
