Very clean, big rooms. Hotel has easy parking option.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. Morden, a lot of natural light, very good restaurant right next to the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Stuff is nice, respectful and helpful. Beds are comfy, mattress are firm. This hotel is truly great!

Exceptional hotel, lovely breakfast, good location

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is outstanding (everything fresh and tasty). The only small problem is related to the parking: it is not clear to me how can I reserve a place (after 7 hours drive from my home town I would like to be sure that I have a place reserved 100%).

Çok temiz ve kaliteli bir otel.

The hotel is well appointed, very nice clean comfortable room with a good hot shower and good water pressure ( I hate wimpy showers). The bed was very comfortable. The parking was easy and we'll lit. The staff were excellent and spoke perfect English ( in case that might be a concern). The restaurant brewery on site is a Germanic menu as you can imagine. The food was, in my opinion good but previously I was there a few years ago and the food was better. Still good but not memorable. The disadvantage is it's distance from the A1 highway if your traveling. The hotel is located all the way through town and not on the end closer to leaving Plovdiv. If this isn't a concern then the hotel is quite good indeed.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities and excellent service.

This hotel is absolutely top tier. When I walked into the reception area, I was immediately met with clean and modern design. The staff are very polite and respectful with nothing being too much for them. The furnishing of this hotel is top notch and the rooms truly feel like any hotel in Dubai. Extremely clean, very modern and overall a brilliantly presented suite. The bathrooms are well sized and immaculately clean with attention to detail and amenities to match. The location is well situated and easy walking distance to the old town if you wish, or center plovdiv with the mall close by. The value for money is well worth it and you will have a pleasant and very comfortable stay.
