Great place!

Quelle déception !!! Hotel situé dans une zone industrielle sans Rien que des usines et entrepots autour Noté sur le site 3mn en voiture pour le centre alors que le gps donne 11minutes et qu'on a mis plutôt plus Sur site noté petit déjeuner posible sur place mais à 9h20 toujours personne à la recption et donc bar fermé

Bell'hotel situato nella parte Nord della città, nel pieno del distretto industriale di Plovdiv. Abbastanza nuovo, camere pulite, personale gentile. A piedi in 30 minuti si può raggiungere il centro della città.

Booked 2 nights as husband had a stroke and was nearby in hospital. Picture of hotel was good and room said mini bar for use and essentials. Arrived to a building site, hotel was in a building zone and it was horrendous. If we wanted breakfast it would be impossible as there was no restaurant just a hole with concrete posts and no roof. We asked if we could get refreshments as travelling all day to be told there’s a 20 minute walk with a baby through the building site. There was no mini bar just a space in a cupboard where it should be. But funny enough 2 plastic cups. No lift and had to carry pushchair up a steep flight of steps. Complained and was told we would be refunded as never stopped the second night as it was too bad. Photographs should be consistent with the realistic state of property. Manager of Hotel was unavailable on numerous times to try and sort this abysmal experience

I do not recommend this hotel in cold season unless bring your own stuff, incl. watercooker. This hotel closes at midnight I found out when I phoned to inform about my 1.5 hr flight-delay. Only after strongly insisting 1 staff member stayed untill 00.30hr. I was told there would be no breakfast, although I had make a reservation for it. The room was cold, heating didn't work, radiator ice cold. WiFi didn't work at all, so had to use my phone as hotspot. Television didn't work well, with snowing effects.

the young lady staff was extremely helpful in helping us around the city. deserves a promotion

The rooms are roomy and comfortable. No elevator. No shower curtain. Minimal service. Person at the desk was completely uninterested. No English. Ugly part of town but walking distance of where we needed to go and about 45 minute walk from old town.

Great hotel, quiet, comfortable, clean. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help and suggest if there are any questions or requests. It is very convenient that there is a restaurant at the hotel, you can always eat and buy drinks. Wi-Fi is available throughout and around the hotel. Located not in the center, but with the bus or taxi you can very quickly get where you want. For the price that the hotel offers it is just an ideal find.

There was no elevator in the hotel and you have to drag your bags upstairs. The additional bed in the room was not very comfortable
