It was good.

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel owners are friendly, hospitable, and helpful in every way. It has a warm atmosphere. The room is clean, and trash is collected daily. Items that are used up are replaced. The hotel is located in the Boya Forest, with a wonderful view. Bus stops are very close, making it easy to get to everywhere. Boyana holds a lot of history, and the trekking areas are magnificent.

Lovely room with a lovely gentleman at the front desk. The area is very peaceful, with Boyana Church only a few minutes walk away. Great dining options nearby as well. Highly recommend.

The property was clean and serviceable but extremely dated and tired. The hotel receptionist was very helpful but we failed to see how this could be a 4star rated hotel.

Lovely little family run hotel. Very close to Boyana Church. There are a few parking places in the rear. No AC so be prepared if going in the summer. Quiet location. Helpful owner gave us directions to nearby restaurants.

Lovely hotel in a leafy suburb with 4 great restaurants within a short walking distance. Easy to get into downtown Sofia by car, bus or taxi

That is the second time we stay in this property. It is small family run hotel with a reasonable price and proper facilities. The owner is quite friendly and made our check in as soon smooth as possible. I have chosen this place not just because its price and the conditions of the facility but because Boyana is my preferred district in Sofia, too. You can easily park your car right in front of the hotel or to the property owned parking right behind the hotel, you walk to Boyana Church which is a World Heritage site and enjoy the frsh and crisp mountain air. Besides, if you have time, you can easily have a walk both in the Vitosha park and on the top of Vitosha mountain which offers you a great view of the city of Sofia. Lastly, you can drive anywhere in the city in less than 30 minutes and there are countless numbers of restaurants serving both local and international cuisine.

Very clean , comfortable, could have done with a kettle, hot water, heating. TV with range of Channels .

Muy buena atencion, la habitacion es muy confortable y hay restaurants y bares a pocos metros. Muy recomendable.

Beautiful property and location. The manager was always nice and helpful, even calling a taxi to the airport for my English speaking self. Nicely stocked minibar, great view from balcony, clean and well equipped rooms. No complaints at all.

Everything was just very nice, nice hosts und a beautiful surrounding in Boyana!

Es war sehr angenehm und sauber. Das Zimmer war mehr als ausreichend groß genug. Leider wurden wir im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant Boyanska Hanche betrogen. Diese Lokal kann man nicht empfehlen.

Quiet, well appointed, with very comfortable king bed. Helpful, welcoming staff. Refrigerator. Nice warm heated towel rack. Good TV.

Great place, clean air, easy in and out, close to Sofia Ring and 15 minutes distance to city center. I will recommend to anyone passing through Sofia for business or for a ski vacation. All my requests we duly accomodated - thank you for a great stay
