Juste une nuit avant de partir à l’aéroport. Très bien pour une nuit de transition.

The stay was good, room is spacious and has all essential. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not open, because there were no staff, so I had to find another place to eat. Garden is beautiful, swimming pool is clean.

I would not recommend this property. The management created various rules that did not make sense and was highly disorganized. As a solo female traveler I felt targeted and unsafe.

The welcoming was terrible. In the room the toilet was not working. The only good thing was the internet connection. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Really nice family owned property. A little but far from the center if you dont have a car but a really nice hôtel with really nice owners.

Seems fair for the price. Quiet and peaceful. I whoud go again.

The hotel, pool, grounds and staff were great. It was lovely and quiet, no hustle and bustle of the city centre. Only problem was it was miles from anywhere and hubby had to drive to find the nearest shop. As I am a little disabled, this didn't particularly bother me, the pool and onsite restaurant/bar more than made up for it. It cost about 6-8lv for a taxi into Varna centre, which we found too busy. All in all a great hotel for a few nights stay.

When we came it is appered to be just one bed in the room for 2 people. The owner and the receptin is the same old man. We did not see other staf in the hotel. He just locked the entrance at 11 PM. We had no way to get out to see friends or to buy the drinking water. The "restaurant" has everything to work: tables, counter etc. But no food, cook, bartenders and visitors. Justthe same "one man show". When we asked him why the restaurant is closed he just told: "Nobody was asking for food ever here". Just no comments. The tiny TV in the room have just 3 channels: the Bulgarian one, the German one and the picture with noise. When we asked for the remote for TV he assured us to search better in the room. When we insisted he found out one on the reception. Internet is slower than 28 kbps dial-up modem of 70-s.Wi-Fi is working in the tiny spots in the lobby. In the morning the old man came at 10 AM and ask us to get out. "Davai davai" in Bulgarian. No breakfast in the empty restaurant. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere in the former "collective gardens" spase of the communist era. With the broken down narrow dirt roads where only one car can pass.

It is a great pleasure spending time in Varna City - Bulgaria. I learnt a lot of things during my stay in Bulgaria as I discovered them through a visit to Museum, parklands etc...

sulla prenotazione era richiesto letto matrimoniale, abbiamo trovato 2 letti singoli, durante la notte un letto si e rotto cadendo a terra. La mattina una dipendente dell'hotel ha detto che è colpa nostra perchè facciamo sesso.La mattina per finire mancava l'acqua niente doccia, molto lontano dal centro ci si deve spostare in taxi o macchina propia.

I have been to 45 countries all over the world, and Margarita is on my top ten list of service, safety and friendliness. I could have wished new towels every day and perhaps a little bit more advanced breakfast, but it was better than most of us have at home... I amso pleased with the service I got, and also with the friendly atmosphere that existed among us guests at the hotel. Small courses and dinners were exellent, the garden with swimming pool was relaxing, and the hosts were always doing their best for us visitors. I recommend this hotel, and would like to go back there.

Отель в тихом месте, для спокойного, семейного отдыха без особых требований к комфорту, что соответствует стоимости проживания. Персонал любезен и обходителен с клиентами. С балконов вид на море и очень приятный садик с бассейном. Есть Wi-Fi без дополнительной оплаты. Кондиционер в номере дополняет приятный холодок вечера после дневного посещения пляжей солнечной Варны и ее окрестностей.

Det är nog inte hotellets fel utan bokningen blev fel. Vi bokade tre dagar men stannade en natt, bara för att ha fått den här upplevelsen också. Ett hotell dryga 5 km från centrum, vilket normalt inte är några problem, men i det här fallet blev vi låsta. Inga kommunikationer att tala om, ingen badmöjlighet trots närheten till svarta havet. Ingen cykel/moppe att hyra så vi kunde ta oss någonstans osv. En "supermarket" stor som en garderob som hade öppet till åtta. Det var allt! Inga resuranger, inget att se eller göra. Bara en gräsmatta att sola på och en liten pool att doppa sig i. En otrolig felbokning.
