Velingrand: A quiet town that offers nothing besides some taverns/restaurants and small shops.Dont visit if you are looking to have fun. NOT recommended for young people! Hotel: Generally a nice hotel. Staff is professional. However indoor SPA pools are outdated and need to be modernized. Also, there arent many activities to do; They could at least arrange for a walk in the park or music events. Dont go there if you are too active.Go there to isolate from everything

It was our first time. We were accommodating in a room which was outdated, not cleaned well and the air conditioning was out of order. We notified the receptionist two times and finally they suggested us to move in another room that was not the one we paid through Expedia for and it has the same issue and construction work around. We did not have any choice and were sleeping with open windows over the night, the mattress was uncomfortable though. They may need to invest more in maintaining their facilities as we noticed many details not working properly in different areas. Otherwise, it is in a good location with great panoramic view.

Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all

Great stay in a place with the best of natural springs and pool options - multiple pools, indoor and outdoor, hot and cool water, fantastic spa experience! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent experience, highly recommended!

The spa area was ok, as well as the treatments, however the treatments were all shorter than stated. The main issue was that not too many of the staff spoke English, which would be expected at a 5 star hotel. Those who did though were friendly. Also the hairdryer in the room got overheated every minute which isn’t optimal for a spa hotel, however the staff did send a new hairdryer to the room which was working sufficiently when asked about this.

Very well maintained hotel. Beautiful furniture all around the hotel. Great spa facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fresh mountain air and a nice hike to the city. Will definitely stay there again!
