There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. Also it appeared that there is communication between the office and the person who is responsible for the check out procedure. The guy arrived at 9am even I said 3 times that I want to check out about 10am. The latest time for this was 11am. Anyway the apartment was very nice and comfortable. So many thanks to the manager from the office who take care of us and arranged this apartment after the mistake that happened. Thank you.

My booking wasn’t captured by agency system. Check in had to happen 20km from the property. I have waited nearly 2 hours for the key with 1y old kid after a day of car travelling. Room received was spacious by in rather bad conditions. Paint was falling from the walls, water was leaking from the pipe of washing machine. Kitchen was indeed equipped but looked like hasn’t been used for some time. No cleaning stuff were left in side. The apartment complex - Marina Cape is located by the sea but with no real access to it. Aheloy is a village with not much to offer but connected well to nearby Nesebar and Pomorie (worth to visit cities) One of the swimming pools in the area was not ready and actually looked awful.

Lej altid et værelse igennem hotels.com, hvis man vil gøre det igennem hotellets egen side eller reseptionen er det meget dyrere og dårligere service man får. Igennem her får man super service. Servicen på hotellet er så dårlig. De tager og forstår næsten ikke engelsk. Det ligger også en del uden for byen nessebar, så skal man opleve en masse skal man ikke vælge dette hotel.
