Very nice staff, everything was great!

Overall was very good. The location is perfect and convenient for a walk to Nesebar and central Sunny Beach. I'm vegetarian and managed to make a meal each time and I was happy with the options, but those that are vegans might struggle. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The only downside was one of the receptionists whose name I couldn't catch, he made me feel uncomfortable/unwelcome. I work in the same industry, in fact in multiple hotels. You should never call the housekeeper in front of the guests to ask them if something is missing from the room, especially if you as a guests haven't caused any issues during your stay. I'm the most introverted and quiet person who goes on holidays just for some peaceful time, not a troublemaker. Before i left in fact i even cleaned what i could in my room, stripped the bed and left a tip for the housekeeper. I had to wait for a transport and while waiting i noticed he did this only to me, he waited the other guests to walk out before making the call. There was another interaction with him a few days before check-out where he assumed I'm not a guest in there, confusions are normal, but his approach was rude...You simply can't provide this kind of front of house service...

Billig og greit hotell som ligger sentralt på Sunny beach med kort vei til taxi, buss, bakeri og gatekjøkken😊☀️ 30 min gåavstand til sentrum av sunny beach og 7 min med buss. Mulig hotellet hadde 4 stjerner i 2007, men henger nok litt etter på standarden til dags dato.. Fikk først et rom som ikke var godt nok vasket, men fikk kjapt et annet rom som var bedre. Maten var helt grei (spiste personlig kun frokost der) Fryktelig dårlig merket for allergikere som f.eks meg selv som ikke tåler nøtter. Her har flere hoteller noe å jobbe med 👍 Alt i alt får hotellet 2,8 av 6 stjerner

Hotel overall fine, but stay was not relaxing due to issue with all inclusive booking being told I only had bed and breakfast booking ! All booked in jan 22 as all inclusive with proof from hotels.com confirmation email but hotel - regatta - stated booking was only BB as booked before they change to all inclusive only in may 22, Sorry for the hotel as they had a booking from hotels.com but my booking is all inclusive and this was not offered, unless I paid and extra 60 BGN per day Not getting anywhere with either party in the chain but I’m was out of pocket?? Ongoing query, Balcony was micro small as I was put in a corner room at the side of the building Felt like it was allocated to me because of my booking? Shoved in the e corner? Avoid room 202

As a couple we really enjoyed staying in Regatta Palace for one night. Although the pool was quite small and only few sunbeds available, we still managed to make the most of it. There was a variety of food (buffet style) for dinner and breakfast and all inclusive bar was serving local beer. wine and spirits until 10pm. Overall we would stay in Regatta Palace again :-)

Food not very bad, but not at all good, you can see every day the same and if something not eaten will be made in different food. In bar girls was always with angry look if you ask something. All drinks in plastic glass. If you want coffee in bar you will get it cold in plastic cup. Desserts was just terrible every meal and every day. Ther was some very nice people working in check in desk, but that it. In rooms bathroom is without ventilation, water in shower very slowly went away. In sunlight we could see how or room was washed, just in zigzag, so all week dirty floors. For kids broken swings and toys, don’t have kids club. Order room with balcony and in pictures it was with view on pool, but in reality we get room with straight view on other hotel. Location in city was good, not in full street center, so was quite. But was not far from Sunny Beach central street or Nesebar old city.

It was a 'lovely stay/break... however the food needs to be varied. Also the hotel advertises a steam room & multi gym but this was on the top floor & was never open. Lastly the pool bar was open from 10am- 10pm. Lobby bar was not opened

Až na stravu, která se stále opakovala a byla jednotvárná, byl hotel skvělý, personál taktéž a musím vyzdvihnout portýra Krasiho, který je neocenitelným a ochotným pomocníkem.

Lokalizacja hotelu - rewelacyjna, jedzenie fatalne, obsługa w restauracji i barze sympatyczna, kłopoty mieliśmy w trakcie meldunku - pokój niezgodny z zamówieniem. Czyste pokoje.

This place was quite a value with all inclusive deal. Near nessabar and across from beach good pool and nice room. We enjoyed it

The hotel is for me a better 3*** but I like the place cause its a bit outside of the Center and not far away from the beach and from the Cacao Beach. The staff ist very friendly and the room is big and clean.

Hotels location and conditions is not bad .If you luck you can find the WIFI at balcony ! But their point of wiev to customers were diffrent . ( Maybe 1 guy was ) For example I stayed with mom and daughter and I wanted 2.room key .They replied impossible :) Because their rules :) second funny story relevant with breakfast , We wanted to breakfast and asked to him at 9.40 am where should we go ? He replied , Waoww it is too late ! You dont find somtihing to eat ! Anyway we got in and had breakfast everything were there ! And His mind , I dont know ! They should change their point of wiev to customers . The others were fine !

Helt underbart hotell som ligger både nära strand och centrum. Ligger en bit i från så det är lugnt på kvällarna vilket passar barnfamiljer eller de som bara vill ha det lite lungnare. Vi hade en svit med två rum. Sov rum och vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa två separata badrum. Stor och rymlig balkong. Trevlig personal och bra service. Frukosten är väl det enda vi kan tycka var lite kass. Grön kokta ägg varje dag lite dåligt utbud. Men den följer de bulgariska måtten då vi legat på många olika hotell här och alla är likvärdiga. Så bara massa ++++ .

hotel's destination is perfect. near to beach near to neceber and sunny beach other place. staf are very slove. our natural soap wa finished dirst day and naturaly we want another from reception. but they told to us even you stay one month they give just one its very interesting. breakfast its ok but horry up to wat it. after 9 am kinds of foods will be finished. room are very fresh and clean enough.

Acceuil non souriant et peu agréable (sauf le portier). Hotel qui vieillit.. Chambre classique. Balcon avec vue sur mer mais aussi sur balcon des voisins.. donc pas d'intimité. Salle de bain minuscule et pas du tout pratique. Sol de la salle de bain sale (sable de plage). Pas de parking, juste quelques places devant donc pourquoi proposer un tarif AVEC parking ?? Le pire : le petit déjeuner ! Pas mal de choix mais vraiment pas appétissant. Jus de fruits chimiques et café infecte. Et surtout sur les tables les nappes (très) sales de la veille. Sol de la salle vraiment sale aussi. Piscine proche de la route donc bruyant et musique de boite de nuit diffusée à fond.. La femme de ménage rince son éponge dans l'eau de la piscine pour laver les transats... Seul point positif : très proche de la plage.

On est arrivé à 6h du matin et on a pu avoir notre chambre moyennant un supplément l hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville on doit prendre le bus pour env 20min Donc ils ne a été impossible de revenir à l hôtel ce reposer durant la journée et de repartir on aurait perdu beaucoup de temps et comme il faisait 40 degré cela aurait été agréable
