Great location

Great hotel and service! We highly recommend it.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was such a lovely hotel. So comfortable, large spacious room. And comfortable beds. It was cleaned daily. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Very professional. The location was brilliant, right in the city centre. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the main town centre. Everything is as walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in teh center of Sofia. The gym is ok, a little small for me, I felt a little claustrophobic. The sauna is good. The only ting I did not like - the car parking charges unexpected (20 euro per day), When I was booking the hotel there was no info about it.

Room is outdated, bathroom to small and not good maintained, for this price level there are so many better places in Sofia. Especially the service on the rooftop is from the one you never want to come back even if they offer you free food and drinks. We just wanted to have a drink (and leave within one hour) and even as hotel guests we where not allowed to get a table with nice view because that was all reserved, during our complete stay there ALL window tables staid empty, I even made pictures from this since this is so ridiculous, every good hotel which I know gives priority or value to his hotel guests, this one is doing to opposite, we gave even a second chance the next day and it was even worse so never ever we will go back here. The one and only good thing about this place is the Juri restaurant downstairs, they have very good and friendly staff and the food and atmosphere is great, they should definitely consider going to another location since this hotel and surrounding doesn’t fit their class.

Free upgrade offered during booking but not received even after asking and showing that it was offered for free. Room which we got was dated, small (also extremely small bathroom) and airco was not working. For such a price very low value, better book some other hotel for this price class since you will 100% get better value for money. When going to rooftop also don’t expect to get a special service as hotel guest, they just put you on some table in the back while window seats are empty and stayed empty for the 2 hours which we where sitting there, this is unacceptable service for such a hotel while being an hotel guest.

Don’t stay there!!! Bar closed from 11pm -12 noon. No room service after 9pm Waiting staff sat at restaurant tables smoking right up until the second it opens at noon. And refused to let us in at 11.55 am because all 8 staff were sat smoking. Rooms badly need upgrading. Sanitary ware falling off the walls. Balcony was a trip hazard. We booked the hotel because of the rooftop bar. A week before we arrived they emailed to say it would be closed. Joke

Great rooms, generous size, modern amenities Careful the rooftop is closed for renovations (it's their no1 feature)

The best part is the massage Room have a bad smell and nosiy from rootop bar.

It was fine - the hotel towels need to b in better condition and not worn out and frayed.

Hotel was in a perfect location but! 30Euro per night just for parking fee was just a rip off. Breakfast was kind of weak for a luxury hotel. Unsufficent will be a better term. Room Cleaners and door man were really kind and lovely persons. But hotel was just OK.

Room was not properly clean yesterday !! And we told them but when we arrived at 6.00 pm nothing had been done !! They clean a bit but not toiletries replaced , water

De 5 stjerner var vist mest pga. den fantastiske udsigt fra både værelset og bar - morgenmadsområdet. Fint hotel, men virkede lidt slidt af et 5 stjernede hotel. Morgenmaden var lidt trist til prisen. Fint SPA og Pool område.

Can only recomend the hotel. Perfect location in the city center and close to the airport. Nice and spacious rooms and good staff.

Sense hotel Sofia, while its location is undeniably convenient—just a short walk from many of the city’s major attractions—the overall experience didn’t quite meet my expectations. The proximity to key sites made it easy to explore without needing transportation, which was a definite plus. However, I was disappointed with the room and service standards. The room felt a bit outdated and lacked the comfort I was hoping for. Additionally, the service seemed somewhat inattentive, and certain requests took longer to fulfill than expected. While the location is fantastic for tourists, I believe there’s room for improvement in terms of the hotel’s accommodation and service quality.

It has been a weird experience. On one hand this is considered to be a unique-style hotel, but certain details were not to my taste. Positives: the breakfast room on the 9th floor - excellent views, ok food and service. The Jintu Asian restaurant on the ground floor - top notch. The pool and sauna area - ok, but the steam sauna was steamless. Negatives: my room was on the 1st floor among the conference rooms. Street view was nothing to enjoy. Door-type window blinds was the most strange thing I’ve ever seen. The shower door leaked water out onto the bathroom floor and I always had to use a big towel to collect it. The water pressure is simply to high. The most dissapointing was that the room didn’t look modern - had no USB pirts, chargibg stations and TV was difficult to manage with just a few programs really working. My conclusion - not worth its high price.
