ホテルの設備としては部屋も広くて清潔だし、とても広い浴槽で快適でしたがスタッフの対応は悪くは無いですがイージーというか、普通は当たり前のWi-Fiについての説明が無かった。それとマッサージを頼んだのですが、外部のマッサージ店に出張マッサージを依頼するようで10分後に来ると連絡ありましたが来たのは40分以上経ってから。時間が無かったのでキャンセルしました。日本と時間の感覚違うから仕方ないのかもしれませんが！

綺麗なホテルです。布団に蟻がいたことが、残念でした。 他は、ご飯も含めて良かったです。

お部屋もお風呂もかなり広々としたつくりでした。 清潔感もあり、プノンペン市内の喧騒、観光に疲れましたが、お部屋に随分癒されました。 朝ごはんは最高にリッチで、すこぶる美味しい。 お部屋の中のバーも無理で楽しめます。 レストラン内のベーカリーとスィーツも地元で評判のようで、お客さんがひっきりなしに訪れていました。

周辺は官庁街で治安は良さそうです。併設のレストランにはいつも高級車が沢山とまっていました。 ホテルスタッフは英語が堪能できちんとした対応でした。 朝食はレストランの朝食メニューから好きなものを注文します。一つ一つ作ってくれますので少々時間かかりますがとても美味しかった。カンボジア料理も３品ありました。ベーカリーのパンもレベルが高く驚きました。

ホテルは小さいが高級感のあるホテル、部屋も大きく一人で泊まるには贅沢な感じ。 大きなバスに大きなシャワールームがありバス関係は充実している。 家族と長期で過ごすには良いと思う。

五星や日系ではないホテルがに興味がありました。以前近辺のブティックホテルに宿泊し、従業員2名での対応が温かくも寂しかった。そこで今回は、前回同様に仕事に便利な立地でこれを選択。あまり期待せず宿泊、良い意味で期待は裏切られました

居心地の良いホテルでした。Khemaでの朝食はゆっくりと食べられます。従業員皆さんの笑顔が居心地の良さに繋がっていると思います。素敵なホテルです。

サービス良く、朝食も美味しく、雰囲気も素晴らしいホテル。

I'd like to visit again when I 'go to Phnom Penh.

とても落ち着いたセンスの良いホテルです。朝食も美味しいです。 バスタブがあれば最高ですが、なかったとしてもまた再訪しようと思います。

Cambodia in itself is a country I would never ever consider returning to. The surrounding area feels super unsafe and thus I was holed up in my hotel for the entire stay. The room does not even have a telephone so room service could not be ordered. A fish and chips with beer at the hotel cost $45, far more than any developed country in the world. To make matters worse, despite having paid for my stay via Expedia with AUD, the hotel proceeded to charge me again on arrival but in USD instead of AUD. Was another headache to solve which I personally had to explain and help resolve and no one could work out why I was double charged. The staff member thanked me for the training which is totally absurd. Otherwise, the hotel and country itself should be totally avoided as everything is super expensive for a third world country. Never again!

Very nice and great restaurant as well. Staff very responsive and helpful. I liked the complimentary minibar items as well, this was a great touch.

amazingly nice hotel, unfortunatley some flaws. bathroom is open so the sunlight gets into the room, no way to lock the light out. aircon works only until about 23 or 24° max. besides that an exceptional place!

Everything is perfect except the room's AC really loud and noisy! Hopefully, it can fix asap !

The only thing I hope it can improve it's room's AC sound too loud ! Other than that, it's always perfect !

The rooms are very well kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, serviceable staff. Good food. Our only complaint is with the massage we ordered. We asked for 90 minutes, but the ladies arrived at 13:05 hr and took 10 minutes to set up the tables. At 14:15 hr they left. To the excuse of the hotel, they deal with an off-site spa and they aren't in control. We complained to the reception but they check with the spa and were told that we did get the full 90 minutes.

Fabulous hotel! We stayed here 2 years ago and returned as we were so impressed. Standards are just as high. Lovely, clean, modern rooms with everything required for your stay, including use of a local phone. The restaurant is equally wonderful (with an in house bakery) as are the staff who could not be more helpful. They helped locate the port we needed for our boat, as well as setting prices with Tuk tuks for us. We were not disappointed and will return again!
