Cambana Residence

観光で６泊しましたが、大変満足のいく滞在となりました。観光では早朝ホテルで食事をして、トゥクトゥクや車をチャーターして遺跡巡りを楽しみました。また、他の日は、ダウンタウンまでフリーシャトルで行き、ショッピングや食事を楽しみました。 朝食も大変美味しく、コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルだと思います。

チェックイン時に謝ってくださいましたが、隣接する隣の建物が工事中で、作業員が目が合う高さにいたので、日中はカーテンは開けられませんでした。また、工事の音の他に、ネズミと思われる鳴き声が何度か響きました。 工事がいつまで続くかは聞きませんでしたが、ホテルでゆっくり過ごしたい方には不向きかと思います。日中は外に出てて、清潔な部屋で寝たいだけという方には、値段も安く朝食も美味しいので、オススメです。 部屋自体は清潔ですし、過ごしやすい間取りです。またスタッフの方々も親切です。

The hotel is on a quiet street. Walking distance from the main road and a grocery store. Near restaurants and massage places. Front desk staff is very helpful.

So helpful, arranged tours, airport pickup, general info. Delicious food at the hotel, very convenient for late arrival. Everyone is extremely friendly and pleasant

Even though the property itself is excellent with its lanai style and serene feel, the next door neighbors looking into our room window was off putting. Loved the pool and the staff were very friendly.

From the moment we arrived late at night, we found this hotel tranquil and soothing. The room was spacious and every luxury provided. The staff were kind and generous, providing help every moment we met them. Nothing was a burden and we felt rested throughout our trip. We would return! 5*

We stayed here with our kids and it was just amazing. The staff was super friendly, the kitchen in the room was very helpful and the place is 5 mins tuktuk from everywhere

Great for family as the service was provided based on exclusive needs of the family. Be it slight change in standard breakfast, need for additional equipments in the kitchen, arranging comfortable vehicles in quick time - all was handy when you are with kids. Mr Orleang was kind enough to personally take care of the special needs of the guests. Once he toile is for a day your when the other driver/guide wasn’t available. Not crowded and quiet place with easy access to main road.

Beautiful hotel. I like that the hotel has a Cambodian style to it as opposed to standard Western style hotel. The pool is beautiful and we even had a small personal pool on our balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. I also like the location, in a typical part of the city as opposed to a tourist part of the city. It is located on what is called Cambodian Pub Street, which is the pubs the locals go to as opposed to the tourist Pub Street located downtown. I found the restaurants and bars on this street much more interesting than those on the more famous Pub Street. I would stay here again if I return to Siem Reap and highly recommend it to others.

Staff was amazingly willing to help. They even let us shower after we checked out to catch our flight later in the day. Booked activities with them and coordinated transfer to and from the airport. Great place to stay and wonderful room. Loved the welcome drink. Breakfast was great too.

This is a slice of heaven in a busy city... off the main road. Quiet and very peaceful. The staff are by far the best I’ve ever met. We were sad to leave. Would stay again and again.

Chambre moderne conforme aux photos, grande baignoire sur le balcon. Trajets en tuktuk inclus pour le centre ville de 16h à 20h sur simple demande. Personnel répondant à chaque demande, même tardive pour le lendemain : vous pouvez donc passer par eux au dernier moment pour programmer votre visite des temples.

The stay was not too bad with just a few minor problems - dusty room, drink waiter not knowing how to mix drinks, new staff not been trained for their job, no choice in pillows (large was the only size). We asked for the account on the morning that we were due to leave so that we could check it, and all was in order. The account was for $62.55(US) and we paid $70(US) in total and told them to keep the change as up to that point we were reasonably happy. We got 5mins down the road when the tuk tuk driver received a phone call from the hotel to say that we had short paid by about $10. Luckily, I had asked for and had the receipts. We returned and the young girl that we had paid the account to told us that we were short. I pulled out the documents and along with her, found that we had paid more that what the account was $70(US) and that there was no error. We were inconvenienced because the trainee receptionist who was not supervised could not do math. Once we got to the airport, the tuk tuk driver told us that the manager of the hotel wanted to talk to me. He was most apologetic and said that the girl was very new at her job and that he was sorry that this problem had spoiled our trip. I accepted his apology and learned that you must ask for and keep receipts when staying at this site.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with a nice and relaxing pool. The rooms are big and comfortable bed. My room was like a small apartment which we enjoyed it. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Like any other hotel in town, it need to take a tuk tuk into town centre, which is free from the hotel into town centre.
