カサ ヴィラ インディペンデンス

とても快適なホテルでした。 よく清掃してあり、スタッフも親切です。 空調も問題なく、シャワーもしっかりお湯がでました。 superior roomの広さが45平米と表記されていましたが、実際は24平米程しかなく、こじんまりした部屋でした。 プールサイドで朝食を食べました。隠れ家的な雰囲気で良かったです。プールの足をつけるぐらいがちょうど良いと感じました。 カンボジア式のゲストハウスを改装して、ホテルとして使っているようでした。半野外のロビーと部屋の廊下には仕切りがなく、蚊が入り放題になっています。

予約した際は、ヴィラソルトインディペンデンスでしたが、名前が変わっていました。客室はアパートメントタイプだったので、無駄に広かったです。室内は若干老朽化を感じさせますが、清潔で居心地は良かったです。トイレとバスルームは半屋外のような状態です。１階だったので少し暗さがありました。スタッフは礼儀正しく、フレンドリーでした。

Nice place! Comfortable room and friendly staff. Convenient to all sorts of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Would stay here again.

시내 위치및 주변에 볼거리가 가까워서 좋으나 침대만 큰편이고 오래되어 소리가 난다 조식은 많이 실망스럽고 풀장 관리가 잘 안돼는 편 다시는 가고싶지 않다

우리는 '호텔스 닷컴'을 통해서 2룸 아파트먼트 객실을 예약 했음. 그런데, 체크인시 예약이 되어 있지 않아 다른 룸으로 나누어배정 받음(예약은 1개 객실에 2개룸으로 예약)호텔스 닷컴 측에 알아본 결과 예약 정보를 정확이 호텔에 통보하였는데 '호텔에 실수'로 예약이 되지 않음. 중요하게 얘기 하고 싶은 것은 룸 컨디션입니다. '2룸 아파트'는 침대,에어콘등이 컨디션이 좋은데, 우리가 배정 받는 룸은 침대가 오래되어 '스프링'소리가 나고 '에어콘'은 아주 오랜된것(15~20년은 되어보임)으로 소음 심해서 잠을 편한히 잘수 없음. 아주오래된 에어콘 사진을 첨부하고 싶은데 않 되는게 아쉬움.

하나에 객실에 2개룸. 좋은점은 생각보다 넒은 객실. 조식은 생각보다 조금 실망.

The staff were really nice and tried to help out where they could even thou a bit of a language barrier. The location was good $2 tuk tuk to the river side a nod the breakfast was good.

As a first experience in a new city, this was great! It was just off of a main boulevard, so a little quieter, but easily found. Everyone was very hospitable, and although some staff did not understand all English, they knew enough to get us around to where we wanted to go. The breakfast was delicious, and the wifi was sufficient. My only complaints are that there was no door on the bathroom, and the beds were so hard, it was almost detrimental to sleeping. I loved the pool and the hotel decor!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel till I needed help arranging a taxi to beach. At first I thought it was a language barrier but front desk staff kept raising the cost of a taxi to beach from 50 to 65 to 75 and then said no one would do it for less than 90. They also said there were NO buses.Finally I figured it out for myself and got a luxury cab from Makara Cabs for 70 dollars ( due to Chinese New Year, excellent driver and car). Staff shouldn't try and scam hotel guests like this! When my cab showed up the next morning no one came to my room to get me even though my driver came to front desk. I went down to check and he was waiting half hour even though it was same staff who knew I was going to beach. I think they wanted him to leave so I had to use their guy. housekeeping was excellent, room was nice but hot water did not work. Just don't trust front desk staff to help you with anything basic that a nice hotel usually helps with.

Hotel très agréable personnel au petit soin et compétent . Ce situe à 5 min du monument de l indépendance. Palais royale à 10 min à pied. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Our stay at at Villa Salt Independence was great. Lovely staff, rooms that have a contemporary yet relaxed feel and a good central location make this a great Phnom Penh stop.

Everything was great! The property is lovely and green and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is quite small but great to have and the poolside bar with very cheap drinks is also a plus. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. Our room was huge with a nice king size bed, tastefully decorated and the bathroom was great. The whole property is clean and very well maintained. The floor in the bathroom got quite wet after showering but that was about it. I really like this place and strongly recommend it!

Room was pretty basic. Needed a good clean. Old tissue from previous guest wasn't removed from table when we checked in. Air conditioning unit looked really dirty and was very noisy. There was a huge gap on the top of the dividing wall between the bathroom and bedroom which didn't leave much to the imagination. As such, ventilation was a problem. The hotel itself needs a good clean. Magazines and brochures have layers of dirt on them which were not touched for the 3 nights we were there. The pool water looked cloudy and we didn't dare swim in it. Staff barely spoke English and stayed behind the counter talking on the phone nearly every time we went past. Wouldn't stay again.
