Room is clean and staff is very kind and professional. Breakfast is excellent!!

設備が新しくて清潔。スタッフも全員素晴らしく、こちらの希望を全て叶えてくれた。朝食もバリエーションが多く、どれも美味しい。 難点は立地。食事やマッサージなどをするためにはトゥクトゥクでの移動が必ず必要で、片道3ドル程度がかかる。コンビニはホテル横にあるが、それ以外は何も無い。その点以外は本当に満足。

清潔感は文句なく素晴らしいです。ベッドもぐっすり爆睡できるほど気持ちよかったです。トイレにオシュレットはありませんが、手動の小型シャワーが便座の隣に備え付けられています。東南アジアのトイレ事情はそれが当たり前です。グレードの高いホテルですが、宿泊の価値あり！

1才の娘を連れ2泊利用させていただきました。 スタッフは皆さん気さくに声をかけてくれて里帰りしたかのようでした。 タイミングよく、日本人スタッフもいてストレスなく追加の細かいリクエストもできました。 何より、娘に対してホテル全体がフォローします！感が目に見えてとても快適な宿泊でした。

満足でした。次回も是非宿泊したいです。

We had an unforgettable stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately impressed by the hotel’s elegant design, spacious rooms, and beautifully maintained infrastructure. But what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us organize every aspect of our trip. From visiting Angkor Wat at sunrise to an exhilarating ziplining adventure in the jungle, everything was arranged smoothly and with great attention to detail. They also helped us book an incredible dinner experience, secure transportation across town, and even reserve tickets for the Phare Circus — an absolute must-see. No request was too much, and everything was handled with a smile and genuine care. We were truly amazed at how effortless they made it all feel. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with both local and international options — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pool area was relaxing and never overcrowded, and the entire property was spotless and well maintained. All in all, Courtyard by Marriott Siem Reap exceeded every expectation. It’s not just a place to stay — it’s a team that helps you make the most of your time in Cambodia. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great property. Very clean. Staff are extremely friendly. Staff speak english well. It's also close to a lot.

We visited during the low season and it was very quiet. We had the presidential suite with a large coffee/cappuccino maker but no coffee (which was disappointing). Room stated could sleep four, but only had one bed. They had to roll in two extra beds for our teenagers. Staff was wonderful, especially when dealing with a lost phone.

The staff at this property were all very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I stayed here at the recommendation of my parents (who had previously stayed there) and I am glad we did. We were very close to Angkor Wat (great for the sunrise tour!) Breakfast was also really nice. The staff packed us boxed breakfast for the sunrise tour since it was earlier than the restaurant opened.

Would stay again! Great service. Clean and spacious rooms. Gym was excellent. Try the Beef Lok Lak in the restaurant!!! Breakfast is great too. Grab is cheap and quick to go to the city center.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff are lovely and the hotel isn't too far from the temples. Also, Thera is incredible and she definitely deserves all the praise and a raise!!

Loved the staff and the property. Breakfast and dinner options were good. The rooftop deck, billiard table, table tennis - all adds to the comfort One request - the blue and white neon lights at certain places of the property was jarring to the eyes and should be replaced
