スタッフの対応が素晴らしい

バスローブ・バスタブがあるような記載だったが、どちらもなかった。 ベッドで寝てると痒くなった。 周囲が夜中もうるさいので耳栓持って行ったほうがいいかも。 ベランダにテーブル・椅子がなく、隣の部屋が見えて防犯上あまり良くない。

ボンケンコン1地区で、お洒落なインテリアのホテルです。 朝ごはんが、ビュッフェではなく、コンチネンタルスタイルかカンボジアスタイルのメニューから選んで注文します。

宿泊・レストランでの食事を利用しました。フロントのスタッフ及びレストランのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで愛想が良かったです。部屋の清潔さも良です。ただ、ハンガーが1本も無かった事と冷蔵庫裏のコンセントが抜けていた事は残念でした。また訪問したいと思いました。

Bed was amazing breakfast excellent staff great

The hotel was ok given the price point it is advertised at. There were a few small things that if attended to could make the hotel more inviting / user friendly. For example, the pool was full of leaves. I'd planned on swimming a few laps but with all the leaves floating on the surface it was a turn off. There were many hotel staff loitering around that could, and should have, picked up a skimmer and cleaned the pool. The toilets at the pool also were not cleaned properly which again shows a lack of care / managerial oversight. Otherwise not too many other complaints and to repeat simply attending to a few small things can make a big difference.

“Nice rooms, great staff, but Wi-Fi unreliable” Rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable for the price, and the staff are very kind and welcoming. The rooftop bar has nice views and is a good spot to relax. The major issue is the Wi-Fi — it was essentially unusable during my stay, and staff acknowledged it’s an ongoing problem. If you need reliable internet for work, this is a dealbreaker. Bottom line: A decent place for a short stay if you don’t need strong Wi-Fi, but there are better options in BKK1 at the same price point.

Best hotel for a reasonable price. Excelent location.

The hotel is at a great location. Walking distance to cafés, bars and restaurants. The staff are super polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area could have used a bit of a clean up though. And the wi-fi wasn’t functioning most of the time. But luckily I was travelling with a data plan. The restaurant only opens at 5 pm, so breakfast and lunch are yours to sort out. Though there’s great options nearby. Brown Coffee. Mama Thai.

The bar and breakfast staff (rooftop) were excellent.

대체적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 리셉션, 식당, 도어맨 등 모든 스태프들은 친절했습니다. 조식도 뷔페가 아닌 주문식이었지만 다양한 메뉴와 친절한 스태프들 덕에 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 한가지 아쉬웠던 건 샤워실 배수구에 물이 제대로 빠지지 않아 샤워 도중 물이 바닥에 조금 차네요.

The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly. The elevator was super small and slow. It was a bit dark and dated. The pool was simple but nice. It was a good overall experience, culturally just not used to this type of noise and filthy streets of the location of this hotel.

Staff are very helpful! Area is great. The hotel is dated and could use an upgrade. Clean but very dark and dated.

The bed and bedding are so comfortable. I wish my bed at home was as cosy. Shower too is unique with the option of a waterfall spout. Decore is superb. US$1.5 by tuk tuk to Central Market.

This hotel is clean, the hotel has good furniture and is finished well. The location is very well situated in BKK1 and it’s lots of things nearby and within reaching distance of the central parts of Phnom Penh. There are 2 main issues: 1. The housekeeping do not clean the rooms routinely. Some days they clean but forget to replace some of the towels, some days they did not clean at all. Two days I stayed there they did not clean my room despite leaving the door card to clean the room up. 2. The ‘breakfast’ is not a breakfast that other hotels would offer. They only have 3 items available, some bread, soup, and sausages. The breakfast is extremely lacking, almost like a tiny snack you would get from a 7-11. Do not expect you can eat and be satisfied there, and you may well not even be able to eat unless you like dry bread and sausages. I wasn’t really bothered about this but I know people who would choose a hotel based upon ‘free breakfast’ expecting they could eat everyday
