いつもレモングラスの香りがしていて、清潔で綺麗なホテルです。スタッフも親切。日本人的には湯船があるのも高評価ポイントでしょうか。

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, overall great stay.

The place still use the old fashioned key to get in and out. No elevator. A nice small pool. Breakfasts make to order. Nothing fancy. Staff services is excellent. The room is an outdated. Understandable given the fact that the building is a little old. Otherwise I have a great time staying here.

Booké au tout dernier moment, rien à redire. Personnellement je ne suis pas fan des salles de bains en extérieur, mais tout était en état de marche, propre. Le petit déjeuner à l assiette est bon et gargantuesque. Le réceptionniste très réactif. Nous a booké tous les tours et transport en quelques minutes. Super équipe. Dans quartier calme, non loin du centre.

Very close to center of town, short distance to riverfront. Staff very helpful in arranging tuk-tuk, even late at night. Breakfast - wow, very fresh w many choices. Other guests, mainly family, were friendly.

Excellent hotel exception service and great breakfast!

Off the main roads so it was quieter, rooms are nice, good breakfast selections. Only a 15 minute walk to great restaurants and micro breweries

Neues, sauberes Hotel. „Zentrum“ gut fußläufig erreichbar. Hotelmitarbeiter teilweise ungewohnt unfreundlich/kühl. Frühstück als Menü auszuwählen. Zimmer sauber und mit Outdoor-Dusche prinzipiell besonders, jedoch war das Fliegengitter defekt, sodass man mit einigen Mücken zu kämpfen hatte. Tuktuk-Fahrten zu Pfefferplantagen und umliegenden Tempeln/Ausflugszielen können vom Hotel aus gebucht werden.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, kurzer Fußweg in die Stadt. Das Hotel besticht durch sein Design. Highlight ist das Dschungel-Bad. Ich hatte das Familienzimmer, was ca. 50 % mehr als ein Zimmer ohne Fenster und nur zwei Betten kostet. Auf der Terrasse fehlt eine Liege und ein Sonnenschirm. Es gibt nur wenige Liegen am Pool, die waren auch mal alle belegt. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Hotel ab 22 Uhr verschlossen ist, man muss dann klingeln. Man fühlt sich so kontrolliert, das hat mir nicht gefallen. Wie überall in Kambodscha liegt auch vor dem Hotel Müll.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was great and very clean. The location was great, just around the corner from the main roundabout. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. But by far the best part was the staff. They were all so lovely and accommodating. They helped me book activities and recommended places to see. Highly recommend! I would absolutely stay here again. Just a note that there isn't an elevator, but there are rooms on the ground floor. My room was on the top floor, and the staff carried my bags up and down for me. Again, impeccable service!

This small hotel was excellent in all respects. I stayed at the property twice and both times was a delight. Rooms are beautiful and the staff were superb.

Cute boutique hotel with great staff! Really friendly, warm, and welcoming. Made the stay more memorable with their service!

Customer service was lacking. No ice when asked because the restaurant was closed, at 9pm. Asked for 2 water bottles and was asked to pay $1.50 per bottle. They're only $0.25 at the store down the street. No sink in toilet room. No hair conditioner. Had to ask for shampoo. Can see neighboring homes' toilets from the balcony. Not a pleasant view.
