素晴らしいホテルでした。接客も素晴らしいし、部屋も広く清潔でスーツケースを二つ広げても十分な大きさでした。徒歩でマーケットやpub streetに行けるし、静かで安全な場所にあります。

staff very kindly want again stay

夜遅くのフライトでしたが、迎えに来てくれていて安心しました。他の2グループを待ったのは、ちょっと待たされた感がありましたが、理解できました。 ホテルは綺麗で、気持ち良く過ごせました。シャワーの水圧がもう少し欲しいかなとは思いました。

Estuvimos tres días, de los cuales ninguno de hizo la habitación, no se cambiaron toallas, no se hizo camas, no se repuso papel higiénico ni champú, no se recogió la basura, el desayuno continental, es decir te dan un menú donde hay algo programado para que elijas una sola cosa y hay está, sin considerar que hay personas que comen más o menos, no reponen zumo ni agua en el desayuno. La limpieza fuera del hotel parece estar medianamente bien . Por cierto hay TV física, pero tampoco esperes ver TV, porque no hay canales sintonizados, no tienen conectado ninguna antena ni publica ni de pago, solo es un adorno de la habitación. No volveré a este hotel a pesar de que la habitación cuando entras es espaciosa, pero solo es la impresión cuando valoras en conjunto del hotel, y supongo otros hoteles ofrecen algo más por el precio que pagamos, que no fue poco.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent value.

Very large room with super comfy bed. Tv was dated and room needed a refresh, including bathroom seals. Breakfast was decent but less oily options should be offered. Super friendly staff

Bassengområdet var ikke godt egnet. Sol på en av solsengene, resten i skyggen. Rommene var litt slitt. Ok opphold.

Quella al King Rock Residence di Siem Reap è stata senz'altro una piacevolissima esperienza. L'hotel è situato in una zona centrale della città (a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla famosa strada dei pub), è molto pulito e le camere sono ampie e confortevoli (abbiamo soggiornato in una Deluxe). Durante il soggiorno abbiamo potuto usufruire di diversi servizi, come la lavanderia, puntuale e tutto sommato economica, o il ristorante, che propone una cucina tradizionale molto gustosa e con ottime materie prime. Ci siamo affidati a loro anche per i tour ai templi di Angkor e alle comunità dei villaggi galleggianti. Quello che però è il punto forte dell'albergo è sicuramente il personale, incredibilmente gentile, cordiale e sempre pronto ad aiutarti: dalla reception, al personale di sala, senza dimenticare i premurosi autisti. Se dovessimo tornare a Siem Reap non avremmo dubbi su dove soggiornare.

All staff and service manager gave excellent service during our stay and only too willing to help. We would recommend the Hotel to friends and fellow travellers.

We really enjoyed our stay at King Rock Residence! The hotel is beautiful with a lot of plants. Everything is kept clean. The swimming pool and the pool bar are great and maintained well. Our room was upgraded to a room that had its own outside area and a bath outside. This was awesome! Breakfast was good and has many options also for vegetarians. They even made us a take away breakfast when we had to leave before breakfast time. All the staff was very helpful and nice. For some reason it says on hotels.com that the price of the room includes a free pick up, but this was not the case. We booked the pick up and drop off to airport from the hotel anyway, which went well.

Mr. Kim and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Room was spacious. Hotels.com advertised free breakfast, dinner and minibar. On arrival I showed Mr. Kim the offer. We did get breakfast, one free lunch and two free massages. It was explained that the offer on the site was outdated yet I booked it day of. All in all Mr.Kim made a fair compromise. Tour from the hotel in a Tuc Tuc to Angkor Wat was good and inexpensive. Siem Reap is laid back and good for 3 days!

IT IS A QUAINT HOTEL TO STAY.ROOM IS BIG AND CLEAN

I booked the honey moon sweet but we had to change room 3 times until I was given the right room, cause I kept showing them that was not what I booked. In the end the room was ok, but disappointed as it was not fully what was advertised

Excelente ubicación.

Great stay staff were lovely we booked the honeymoon suite most comfortable bed and great pillows room could've done with a little TLC but still good. Pool was nice extremely refreshing and the staff behind the bar were really nice great cocktails. The guys in the breakfast room were really helpful and polite big downside all the hotfood was stonecold every morning and quite a limited choice of food and tea was like dishwater .

Location was good. Just 10mins away from Pub Stteet. Hotel.manager Kim.and his team provided exceptional service

Great location for discovering Siem Reap. Walkable to bustling city center with its night markets, Pub Street, etc. Yet, quiet enough to relax and enjoy some of the smaller cafes located within 2 or 3 blocks.

This was the best hotel experience I have had in south east asia. Mr. Kim provided phenomenal customer service in every regard. While I was there I suffered an unfortunate accident and Mr Kim treated me like his family, even taking me to the local hospital. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Mr Kim and the staff at King Rock Hotel. From the beautiful and clean accommodations to the food and customer service, this hotel experience was amazing!!!!
