ラッキーアンコールホテル＆スパ

建物が古いためか、ドアの開け締めする音が気になりましたが、ホテルの雰囲気やスタッフの対応全て良く、とても良かったです。 オールドマーケットまで、トゥクトゥクで10分くらいで、ホテル前に待機しているドライバーさんが帰りも迎えに来てくれるので、街中でトゥクトゥクを探す必要もなく楽で、安心してショッピングを楽しめました。

繁華街から少し離れた小規模リゾートホテルといった印象を持ちましたが、徒歩3分程度でコンビニ（ガススタンドに併設？）もあるし、徒歩2分くらいで屋台街もあり、ホテル内の閑静さと周辺の程よい便利さを併せ持ったかんじでした。

遅くにチェックインし朝早くの出発であったため、シャワー浴び寝るだけの滞在となってしまいました。ベッドが程よく固くてとても寝やすい。部屋は快適でしたがWi-Fiが弱い、、。朝食は麺が美味しい。おかずのバラエティがちょっと少ない気がしました。

ホテルで手配してもらった観光のタクシー１日２５ドル（早朝、遠方を除く場所）は運転手さんがとても親切で良かったです。常にクーラーボックスを車に用意しておいてくれ冷たい水があり良かったです。 早朝だと追加料金が５ドルが発生しましたが特に問題なし。 朝日をみたらそのまま目的地の遺跡に急いだほうがいいです。 ９時すぎると団体観光客が増えてゆっくり観光ができませんした。 タクシー以外は正直に行って普通以下のサービスでした。 ３日間トイレットペーパーの補充なし。催促したら「ホテルでトイレットペーパーの在庫を切らした」って返事された。 最初の２日はシャワーが水しかでなかった。 中○人団体客がいて夜に団体でスイミングプールを使って煩かった事。

For the price of our stay, the hotel was ok. The personnel couldn´t really communicate in English, which caused challenges with check-in. They couldn´t find our reservation at first, even though the hotel was practically empty. What was misleading is that there are two separate Lucky Angkor accommodations in Hotels.com: One is called Lucky Angkor Hotel & Spa, the other one is Lucky Angkor. The hotel listings have different prices too, which is very confusing. In practice it is the same exact hotel. I understand this hotel too has suffered from Covid and with fewer tourists today but it would be fair not to advertise the hotel having a restaurant and a spa, which definitely was not the case. There were hardly any lights on at the hotel either and definitely no spa or restaurant open or any services available for that matter. We got only cool water from the room shower too. I hope there will be more tourists in the future but for the moment I have two suggestions: Please remove the misleading mentioned services from the listing as well as remove one of the mentioned accommodations from Hotels.com both of them being the same hotel. :) As said, for the price we paid, this was a decent stay. We came around 9 PM and left in the morning so basically just slept over. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel next door, so eventually it worked fine for us.

the people working the property was kind but I was expect a bar and a spa as in the add and there wasn't either. The wifi wasn't great so I went to other places to get work done and eat and drink but over all was ok just not what I expected.

The staff at Lucky Angkor were very friendly and eager to show their best hospitality. The even allowed me early check-in, and upgraded my room. The facility itself is showing signs of age, but the staff kept it very clean. There weren't many guests when I was there, so there was a kind of "empty" feeling, but my stay was quiet and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was good. The property is along the main highway, but rooms are in a building further back where it's quiet. The local neighborhood doesn't have much for dining options, so one might need to take a "tuk-tuk" or moto to an eatery. Street food is available just a couple of blocks away. I would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shop across the road and restaurants within walking distance.

Great hotel and staff

Dure koffie. Ontbijt erg chinees gericht. De receptie kon niet op de plattegrond aangeven waar we waren. De kamer was prima.

We have lunch and dinner at the hotel and the cooking is very dilicious and nice looking.

Very nice hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nigths, the staff were very helpful. Nice pool area with a bar. 3 dollars for a tuktuk to pubstreet right in front of the hotel. Deffaintly recommed.

1 seule nuit passée ; Bel Hotel confortable , chambre spacieuse ; personnel prévenant. Le bémol : grand buffet pour le petit déjeuner ét tres abondant mais plutôt destiné à une clientèle asiatique ( nous avons tout de même trouvé notre bonheur ! )

Room Service Supervisor should make sure that all Rooms are ready to welcome guests with complete set of towels, toiletries, no dead roach on the bed, etc. Towels which are worn out, should be replaced with new ones. Whenever guest had a DO NOT DISTURB light ON, Housekeeping staffs should never enter a guest room, even on the check out morning (before Noon) to remove bath towels, unless it is an emergency.

RESORT:- Very nice hotel. Lovely pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. A good buffet breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Evening restaurant was also nice, a good selection on food at competitive prices. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Wifi was decent enough. LOCATION:- The location was pretty good, a short tuk tuk ride to the centre where there are many shops, markets and restaurants. Also not far from Angkor, The hotel organises tuk tuk drivers and tours at a very good rate indeed. Highly recommended this resort and we will happily return should we have the opportunity in future.

Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel pour son confort. Le seul hic est la salle à manger trop bruyante avec les touristes du tour qui se pointent à 6h du matin. En prenant le petit déjeuner à 9h, nous sommes plus relaxes mais ça fait un peu tard pour visiter les temples, non pas à cause du timing, mais c'est plutôt la chaleur. Visiter les temples à midi en plein soleil de plomb avec la chaleur réfléchie par le sol ou parois rocheux, bon courage.

The staff are very attentive, the swimming pool was first class and never crowded, fresh towels on each sun bed.The breakfast did very well to cater for all nationalities.Food available from the snack bar was also very good and reasonable priced. The beds where a bit too firm for my liking, but the air-con worked very well , the bathroom had a seperate shower as well as a bath. The hotel is slightly out of town but that made for an interesting ride in , for about $ 3.

Hôtel agréable mais trop éloigné du centre ville, obligation de prendre un tuk tuk pour si rendre. Piscine propre et peu de personne. Le personnel à l'accueil a fait des difficultés pour accepter certains Dollars usagés lors de notre départ. Transfert retour payant (14 dollars, soit 7 dollars par personne pour une voiture). Petit déjeuner correct
