It's full of all kinds of bugs. It's hard to breathe because of the smell of mold.

Hotel is well placed in the nightlife part of town. The drawback is the construction going on around the general area and a large nightclub opposite that seems to go on all night. Another drawback is no TV, but they do have internet connection. There is only one room with a window, and it is very noisy overlooking the nightclub.

Very well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street. Recommend you discuss with the owner about the various room options.

We had an awful stay here - the guesthouse is dingy, and needs an uplift. The rooms are spacious, but the bed was absolutely awful. It had THE most uncomfortable mattress - rock hard, and the pillows were pathetic. We had a room that was situated at the front of the guesthouse facing out onto the street and it was loud - into early hours of the morning. The bathroom was a wet room with oddly placed items (toilet was pretty much under the shower), we had an influx of ants too which ended up spreading to the room. Overall we wouldn’t recommend this guesthouse unfortunately.

Hôtel très correct très bien placé

Cet hotel n'a pas tenu compte de ma réservation d'une chambre avec fenêtre. En fait, la plupart des chambres sont borgnes et petites. Il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. Néanmoins mes 3 nuits d'hotel m'ont été remboursées en dollars sauf les taxes et frais de réservation (11,61 euros). Hotel situé en un centre ville envahi de pizzeria et de bars à filles. Kampot a perdu son charme d'antan.

I stayed here on 2 occasions in Kampot and enjoyed the front room more for sure with a window. You got everything you need. Good wifi, bathroom kettle, coffee and water everyday. Nice and clean room too. I would recommend here to anyone wanting to be in the action spot.

L hotel se trouve bien situé dans le centre de Kompot. J, ai été par une receptionniste tres sympatique, la seule chose manquante dans la chambre serait 1 frigidaire si l, on restait quelques sinon excellent

Great location, Clean newly decorated rooms in pristine condition, Quiet, comfortable and within walking distance of all your needs. The beds were firm but comfortable, the bathrooms clean and well maintained. The air conditioner was nice and cold and the TV reception was good. The Staff were very friendly, polite and always smiling, and were only to eager to make our stay a pleasant one. The only thing I found lacking was that there was not a refrigerator in the room, but there was a mini mart a few doors down if you need a cold drink. all in all, Great Value for money
