治安が良くて綺麗で、安心して過ごせました

3歳児子連れで滞在しました。ホテルの施設や好立地に加えて、スタッフの行き届いたサービスのおかげで、カンボジアの真心を感じる素晴らしい時間を過ごす事ができました。また訪れたい場所です。

ホテルの趣とスタッフの方々の対応が特に素晴らしく気持ちよく滞在できました。都市化が進んでいるようですが、広い敷地内は自然を残しながら、とても手入れがされていて、ゆったりした時間が流れています。あひるが連れ立ってお散歩しているのが可愛かったです。レストランは、現在１箇所は改装中とのことで、１箇所のみでした。ホテルで食事をとることが多かったのですが、朝食は専用メニュー、それ以外の時間帯は西洋メニューとアジアンメニューがあり、どれも美味しくて、４泊の滞在でも飽きませんでした。空港と中心地の間に位置しているようで、中心地まではトゥクトゥクで１０分程度ですが、景色を楽しんでいる間にあっという間に到着します。子ども連れで暑い時期だったので、中心地を歩いて楽しむ時間はほとんどなかったのですが、その分、こちらのホテルで充実した時間を過ごせたので良かったと思います。

普段はあまり口コミ投稿しないのですが、おもてなしを随所に感じるあまりに素晴らしいヴィラだったので筆を取らせてもらいました。 出発前からツアーのこと等、色々と相談にのっていただきました。家族3人で2階建2ベッドルームのヴィラに泊まりました。プライベートプール付きの部屋にアップグレードしてくださり、猛暑から帰っても涼むことができました。敷地内は広いですがバギーでいつでもすぐ迎えにきてくれるので全く困りません。ペットボトルのお水は部屋に大量に無料で置いてくれているので水分補給に困ることはなく、朝食もクメールか西洋料理から選べて美味しかったです。何より皆さん本当に笑顔かつ親切で感じが良かったです。専属のバトラーがいるので、WhatsAppでバギー（敷地内）やトゥクトゥク（市内は大体片道2ドルで送迎してもらえます。）を呼んだりレストランを予約してもらえます。（返事もすぐ返ってきました。）マッサージも気持ち良いのにお安くて2日連続で受けました。夜22時頃までやっているのでおすすめです。（2時間前まで要予約） 短い滞在でしたが、楽しく充実した時間を、本当にありがとうございました。また絶対泊まりたいです！

The hotel has a unique setting with rice paddy fields, organic farm, lotus ponds and forests. Nice place to relaxing in nature with family. All the staff were kind and good.

We spent 4 nights at the Mane Family Vacation resort in January 2024. The grounds were beautiful. We went to bed listening to the chirping frog and crickets. The place was perfect for families wanting to get away from the city. We enjoyed the accommodations but I if I travel to Siem Reap again, I would probably find somewhere else to stay, a spa hotel near Pub St. I didn't think the description of the property was accurate. The upstairs was accessible by a winding narrow staircase. The upstairs had a bedroom with twin beds and a separate sitting room. The downstairs had a bedroom and a dining area. There is no fully equipped kitchen. There was full sized refrigerator stocked with water (free) and goodies (charged) and a coffee maker. The breakfast was good. We sat in the patio area and ordered off a menu. We caught a golf cart shuttle to the front gate for any of our excursions. City transportation by tuk tuk was arranged and convenient. The extras were expensive. We did not take advantage of the massages. They were $45 at the resort. We were desperate for our laundry to be done. We had a half load done and the regular price was $93 but were given a 30 percent discount so $58 for underwear and a few t-shirts and shorts. They charged by piece. After we left the resort, we were notified that we had to pay an additional amount (22% taxes) so now I'm at home trying to do an international wire for their mistake.

The service of the staff are excellent. The breakfast offers many choices of food. Our family enjoys staying here. The only unpleasant moment was that the air conditioning in the two rooms are not cool enough and we needed to get 2 fans from the staff.

It was a pleasant stay indeed. The staffs are really helpful. However, the rooms need to improve on air conditioning and electric fans.

This property is amazing! Many outdoor activities for kids and adults. It is a very relaxing private place. For being a gold member they upgraded us to a 3 bedroom villa. It was very generous! Breakfast is delicious with a great selection of local foods and a drink. I’ve stayed in many different properties in siem reap over the years and this one is the most unique with wonderful service.

Mane Family Vacation resort is a perfect respite! The grounds are very beautiful with paths through the rice paddies. You can get the lay of the land by riding a bike and exploring. The resort has a very serene atmosphere. We spent 3 days at Mane. It began with a driver and air-conditioned van meeting us at the airport, where we were provided cold water to refresh us. We arrived at Mane before check-in time. We were invited to sit at their restaurant to enjoy a welcome cocktail which was delicious. Our luggage was stowed at the office, and we swam/lounged at the resort pool or relaxed on a comfortable tree swing until our room was ready. We were thrilled to see our upgraded rooms called the Mane Home. It’s a villa with two separate ensuite bedrooms with king sized beds. In between them is a huge kitchen with everything you could need to make a sumptuous meal and seating for 12 people. Outside there’s a wonderful porch that overlooks a private pool complete with waterfall and comfy cabana. Wow! So luxurious!! The service at Mane is impeccable. Bobby and his team are super helpful and ready to make all your plans become a reality. He begins by briefing you on what to do in the Angkor Area. He is happy to arrange transportation and a guide for your visit. A delicious breakfast is included with your room. Every afternoon they provide a tea with Cambodian treats. We ate several meals (lunch and dinner) at the restaurant and were never disappointed. It was a wonderful stay!

The property grounds are covered with lush green fields and trees. It’s like soothing, green oasis. We got a complimentary upgrade to a pool villa. The villas was spacious and stocked luxurious amenities. Breakfast served was sumptuous and delicious. The staff always stocked a variety fresh fruit in the villa everyday. The highlight of the property is the staff. The hospitality and welcome is outstanding. Each one of them worked very hard to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr.Bobby who welcomed us warmly and helped us with our requests throughout the stay. Appreciate his sense of commitment and sincerity in trying to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to Lynn, Vat and the housekeeping staff who did an excellent job each day. There is no TV in the room. There are golf carts to get to the gate or anywhere in the property. The staff was available round the clock on WhatsApp and were very responsive. Thanks to the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality of the staff we had a memorable vacation. The tours we arranged through the hotel were great. Highly recommend this property !

This was an amazing experience and a beautiful property. The staff was excellent and very easy to communicate with through the TELEGRAM app. I am so grateful for this trip and so grateful for the team at Mane Family Vacation. It is literally the perfect location for people traveling with their kids or as a large group.

The hotel was excellent. Our room was upgraded and it was absolutely beautiful. A colonia style villa. The seevice was outstanding and staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely revisit.

After spending over two weeks in Cambodia, traveling all over the country and trying eight different hotels, this was by far my favorite. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, set in a beautiful park with a lake and amazing scenery. The staff are fantastic and able to help with literally anything you ask. Please do yourself a favor and book this hotel, and if possible splurge for a villa with a private pool. You won't want to leave!

The property is an oasis within he noisy city. The villas are so rounded by rice fields and you here nothing but frogs and crickets. The staff was extremely nice and accommodated all our requests. We also asked for gluten free bread and for it daily for breakfast. You can enjoy a bike ride inside the premises chasing geese - best part of the day. The playground is very nice and the huge trampoline makes sure the kids can burn some energy. Afternoon tea was great- mostly gluten free and the treats were all lovely. The restaurant was very good as well and the prices were reasonable. We haven had time to use the spa so I can’t comment on that. The rooms are big, the beds are nice and each villa is a few dozen metres from the next so everyone has there privacy. The hotel also assists on booking places, taxis ect and has its own Tuk tuks that go downtown round trip for 5 dollars. Don’t look any further and grab this one- you won’t find any better!

Beautiful property, so quiet and a breath of fresh air in a Cambodian village. Outstanding service, even customising food and activities for us, not easy for a family of 7! Hjghly recommend especially for families.

Our stay was fabulous. We are a family of five, we spent six nights in a three bedrooms villa end December 2021. Don’t expect “stylish luxurious” villas here but rather “authentic” homes, built and decorated in a traditional way. What made our stay unique was the site – a spacious nine hectare beautiful parc – as well as the kindness and service level of the property team. The food quality was excellent – fresh ingredients, mix of local and western dishes, always well presented. The operations manager helped us arrange visits and local tours, his recommendations and choices were all adequate. After six days, we were so tuned to the local rhythm that it felt really difficult to leave. Simply a fabulous experience.
