トラブルが起こると何もしてくれない。実際にランドリーを申し込んだ衣服を無くされかけたがお詫び一つなし。その上何度も自分で探すよう指示された。サービスは最低レベル。

市街地にも遠くなく、エントランスから雰囲気のあるオシャレなホテルです☆低価格で部屋も広い！オススメです！

今までのホテルで1番最悪なホテルだった。予約がされてないと３０分から１時間待たされてやっと部屋に入れた。 部屋のエアコンが効かないので帰ってきたらに部屋を替えたいという話をしたが、戻ってきたとには担当者は代わっており、引き継ぎがされてなかったので、同じ話をもう一度しなくてはならなかった。 部屋を替えようとしたが、替えようとした部屋が汚水の臭いで入れないほどだったため結局エアコンが壊れている部屋で我慢した。 おまけにチェックアウトの際にそのことが共有されておらず、２部屋分の部屋代を請求された。

Is nice and comfortable.

We arrived to the hotel approximatly 4:30;pm and we had prepaid so the hotel knew we would be stsying ,but on a arrival the room was not reaady so we sat in the lobby for half hour before getting outr room .The staff were curtious but didn't seem to care about getting our room for us after a long travel that day, oh aswell it was not the room I had booked

Great staff and service. Helpful and considerate. Will definitely recommend to others! Location is pretty good if you don't mind walking about 20 minutes to the night market and pub street.

It is a great place to stay - the staff are well trained in customer service, the building is quirky rather than being an anonymous bland modern structure, good inclusive breakfast, the central area is walkable or a short tuk -tuk ride away ... overall a good choice located in a quiet area.

Hotel staff were pretty helpful and nice in general. Yet we are not satisfied with the room quality. The air conditioner was not working so the room was quite stuffy and hot, the TV was not functioning as well. The toothpaste was of bad quality. Before arrival, I emailed the hotel for pick up arrangements but there was no reply and we had to pay our own transport to the hotel.

현지 분위기를 느낄 수 있어서 좋은 듯 합니다. 방은 나름 오래되어 보이지만 청결하게 되어있는듯 합니다. 식사 장소 옥상은 풍경은 주변을 볼 수 있고 바람도 불고 해서 아주 좋음. 다만 조식의 경우 제공시간에 맞쳐 음식이 나와 있지 않고, 메뉴가 많지 않은게 좀 흠입니다. 일정상 빨리 먹고 가야하는데 식사시간에 음식이 안나와 있어서 당황했네요. 여유롭게 즐길 수 있다면 좋을 듯 합니다. 메뉴는 적어서 그닥....

非常快乐

Rooms are dirty, cover bed , toilet was not clean.

When we booked for Okay 1 villa, free pick up transfer was stated to be included in the package. Approximately 5 days prior our check in, I contacted Okay 1 Villa and no respond from them. Then as expected, we arrived at the airport, no one was there to pick us up. 10 USD was paid for transport to Okay 1 Villa. What's worst is when i asked about it at the reception, I was ignored a few times, it was obvious that they were trying to avoid answering. Well, we persistently asked for free transfer back to the airport when we leave for Siem Reap, they do not agree but asked for 3 USD for TUKTUK transportation to the airport. We agreed because it was better than nothing. Then, throughout our stay we heard hotel guest arguing with receptionists about the same issue, they did not pick their guests up at the airport even the price customer paid for hotel booking have included pick up service. Breakfast was basically the same everyday, it tasted alright. Largely spaced hotel room with dust on the curtains and wardrobe.

Sauberkeit vom Zimmer und Hotel waren super, Die Angestellten haben immer nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist, die Lage vom Hotel ist auch optimal, nicht weit zum Nachtmarkt.Das Hotel ist auch bekannt bei den Tuc Tuc Fahrern. Man braucht nur den Namen zu nennen.

Good hotel for its money,just the average one,do not expect much

3 jours de visite des temples et un jour au tonle sap avec visite d’un village flottant kampong phluk. Accueil génial. Piscine très agréable. Ptit dej buffet sympa en terrasse et varié. À faire et à refaire.

I had a great stay at Okay 1 Villa I had stayed at their sister property Okay Boutique while in Phnom Penh. My room was large in size and air con worked great. Nice size bathroom as well and loved the rooftop pool and bar and a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff at the pool bar is super friendly as was the staff at the front desk. Rong was super helpful when my tour was late in picking me up and was getting worried I had a great chat with him and he helped along with the front desk staff to see where they were and give them a call. I highly recommend a stay at Okay 1 Villa!
