Firstly, the pictures in the advert have been retouched using Photoshop. The hotel is older than it appears in the photos. They have an unusual system: a physical key for the door and a key card to activate the electricity in the room. The jacuzzi had no water. The steam room smelt of mould and appeared to be out of order, as did the sauna. The restaurant only accepts cash. Complimentary toiletries and two bottles of water were provided. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and spoke some English.

Stayed here for one week but I did not have the best experience. Staff were nice and the location is very good but I had several issues. There were literal bugs crawling out of my sink every night. Also there were cockroaches in my room. When I asked to change room, they said they would change it the next day. Only when I reaffirmed I was unable to sleep in a room with cockroaches for the night did they change it. The rooms were clean in most places but the walls were stained. For the hotel in general, the elevator was painfully slow. Sometimes I would instead take the stairs but parts of the staircase are pitch black and I found myself literally edging forward so I did not trip in the darkness. The decor is old and dated as you go up, there is technically no laundry service on site (though there is one nearby) and the spa facilities were out of action during my time there. If I were to visit Cambodia again I would go elsewhere unfortunately.

The state and cleanliness of the room leave a lot to be desired.

The food at its restaurant is delicious with interesting smoothies.

The good There was an elevator although painfully slow, staff were friendly and 7 eleven shop opposite The Bad No jacuzzi but in all honesty i wouldn't have used it looking at the standards of cleanliness The Ugly Not a great area. First impressions of area would put you off phnom penn. Rooms were very shabby, aircon was poor. Sink hanging on to wall by love only. Deep clean would take it to 2 star rating. Beds so hard. Wish i could give it a better rating but its just another neglected hotel

I stayed here as many people said it was convenient, but its also in a messy part of town, but ya, youre close to the river and palace. But tuk tuks are easy and cheap to get anywhere.

This is a great little hotel. Staff are super friendly and the sauna is fantastic. Beds are also super comfortable.

Location is excellent. Stuff are very accomodating and respectful.

The rooms is not what you see online

Kamer was netjes, badkamer ok (hoewel hier en daar wat schimmel), maar de airco koelt niet goed en de ijskast werkt niet wat echt vervelend is. Er mag niet gerookt worden in het hotel, maar de vuilbak naast de lift ligt vol peuken en de gangen ruiken enorm naar sigaretten.

It cleanse, but old. It was the price you pay.
