あまり良くない。次は利用しない

カードキーの反応が非常に悪かった スタッフはとてもフレンドリー　10階のプールからみるトンレサップ川は美しい

立地が良く、価格も部屋に見合っているので近くのレストランやバーで飲んで酔っぱらって寝るだけの目的で、よく泊まります。殺風景で部屋も狭く、大して評価すべき事もないですが、寝るだけならコスパは良いです。朝食もついているのでお得です。期待はしない方が良いですが、この値段にしたらまずまずです。上記の様な旅人にはオススメします。プールもあるみたいですが、入った事ないのでコメントできません。

リバーサイド近くで、屋上のプールの眺めが最高。 立地もよく、夜遊び、観光には最適な場所。 難点はシャワーを使うとトイレの床までびしょびしょになる。

The hotel is very convenient for shopping restaurants, also it's close to the riverside.

To start book the room for 1 week. When I called to book airport shuttle took 10 calls to reach anyone, then they wanted double normal price for shuttle $20. So I just got a tuk-tuk from airport only $8. When arrived at hotel and got in room the aircon did not work complained about for 2 days, never fixed. The towels and bedding were old and dirty looking. So after 2 days I ask for an early checkout and refund my remaining 5 days. I was told I need to talk to manager, after another 20 calls and no answer I gave up. I then called hotels.com and tried to get refund that way and they informed me they would have to call and get it approved from hotel. I was ok with that but then they informed me they could not get an answer on the phone either. All said and done I stayed 2 night ended up paying for 7 cause the hotel manager does not do their job. I recommend stay away from this hotel. There are plenty other hotels nicer and cheaper and happy to have you as a guest. STAY AWAY!

La struttura si trova in una posizione perfetta vicino alla zona della vita notturna (pub e ristoranti). Il personale è cortese ma purtroppo la camera non è stata all'altezza delle nostre aspettative in quanto datata, poco pulita ed ancora meno insonorizzata. Colazione veramente poco varia (l'unica cosa di dolce erano delle fette con una marmellata). Non ci tornerei! Notevole la vista dalla terrazza all'ultimo piano (così come le camere dotate di terrazzino sul fiume) che però non valgono il pernottamento presso questa struttura.

Clean, air, water, and everything work. Great location with rooftop restaurant.

Cheap and cheerful if your on a budget it's fine room was clean bed comfortable, hotel could do with some TLC especially the pool area a bit of street noise but a great view from the roof for the price it was fine.

Did not like room did not like staff on reception

I was charged for 1 night to many. Although I continually asked about refund I got no real response. I didn’t even get the room I booked. I would never stay there again and would never recommend.

Meget fin plassering med livlige gater ved hotellet samtidig som det lå ved den fine promenaden ved elven. Betjeningen var blide og behjelpelige. Eneste jeg vil klage på var frokosten som ikke holdt mål

It is fine to roost inside the hotel. Outside-the casino magnates have destroyed the town.

Constant noise from building sites. Pool loses sun early and only3 sun loungers.Wanted 15 $ to launder sheet(!!!???) Rooms not sound proofed. Breakfast okay. Red light area--- a passing parade of slappers at breakfast. May be I would stay again(?). Without balcony option, really only suitable for one night stand. Ha. Handy.

Hotel mitten im Nachtleben. Im Umkreis von 2km Königspalast, Tempel und Museum. Für Alleinreisende bestens geeignet. Aber auch einige Pärchen genossen die Unterkunft.

Hotel is run down and needs maintenance. Room was a dump. They don't have enough towels. So if the hotel is full, you might not have towels after a hot day of walking until the evening time. Obviously, the towels haven't been replaced since the hotel opening. Price would have been OK for the area, but there is construction on both corners of the street. It seems it will be like that for at least a year. I paid $31 for the inside room. The room is really small, and it's a dump, both the room and the street. You can get a better room for between $12 - $20, but the location will be approximately a kilometer away from the riverside. Or you can pay approximately $2 more to get a cleaner room at a cleaner street next to the riverside. Or you can pay $15 more to get much better and cleaner room on the riverside, which I did. You get what you pay for. Pay $1 or $2 more to get a better room in a better street without the construction nearby.

Faire Leistung, zu einem fairen Preis. Zimmer ordentlich, sowohl von der Grösse, wie auch der Einrichtung. Gute Lage, wie der Name bereits sagt, nur ein paar Schritte von der Riverside entfernt. Pool am Dach klein, aber ausreichend um sich nach einem Stadtbummel abzukühlen. personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Negativpunkt: Frühstück. Note mangelhaft.
