The room was in good condition and the swimming pool was great. However very disappointing that no spa facilities available although advertised as having sauna steam and jacuzzi on site. Neither was the restaurant open nor was there a buffet breakfast also advertised - breakfast ordered the day before and brought to the room in the morning. Staff are courteous and polite and do their very best under the difficult circumstances

The staff’s English was a bit limited

Stay was nice. Bed was thin and hard but I had the best sleep.

This hotel is okay but needs a bit updating. Its quite a way out of town so you have to be happy to use tuktuks

Feel like a nice oasis. Cute garden.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff; two great guys but no other staff were visible. Rooms were not made; bins unemptied; no refreshment of water or tea etc some mouldy pool umbrellas that could have been replaced. Pool is lovely and a delight. The on site restaurant was okay and the staff very attentive.

L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant et le service restauration n’est pas très rapide. La chambre est agréable même si le lit est vraiment très dur. Malgré tout le personnel était toujours très serviable et très gentils. Battambang est une ville paisible, un peu trop calme à notre goût.

Really quiet and quaint, cozy cottage-like rooms. Staff wonderful and friendly. Would have loved a few additional English language TV channels.

This hotel was perfect for us as a family with connecting rooms. Both bedrooms were huge and traditional style but clean. The bathrooms just need a bit of maintenance (one toilet lid broken off plus shampoo and shower gel containers missing from wall etc) The pool is brilliant, kids loved it - small inner walled shallow area for little ones too. Very clean. Reception/service is basic and i would go into Battambang (reception called us a tuk-tuk, guy named Jacky Chan! He was great so ask for him) for all meals. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel but breakfast wasn't great to be honest. Bit pricey for what it is but for young families I'd recommend!

The hotel has a great staff! The facilities were good. I had breakfast, laundry and parked on the premises. They have a nice pool. I asked for some additional things which were easily accommodated. For the money I would recommend this property.

Handy location for a road trip to the border

Need to currect the note in the bathroom about the cold and hot water. The TV it's not working.

Looks older than photographs and the rooms had a few additional occupants (spiders and lizards) which did not both us. We just should them out. The pool looked clean and well maintained but we did not use it. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. The food in the connected restaurant was very good and the service was warm and friendly.

Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was also great. As a plant lover it was total paradise for me. The trees and flowers were absolutely gorgeous!! The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. My only complaint is the wifi is a little slow.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is a free standing unit. It’s a bit noisy with the club nearby that plays loud music until about midnight. The room and bathroom could use a facelift. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Bruyant cause de la fête

Very nice pool and garden. The rooms from the outside are beautiful. The staff is very nice and did its best to help us, even if some of them were not speaking very well English. Within the rooms it’s another story. Equipments are old, the fridge was disgusting, so was the bathroom. I found The hotel restaurant a bit expensive and the food not really good comparing with what he had so far in Siem Reap and Battambang city center. It’s a pity because it’s a bit far away from the city center, and there’s no free shuttle as it’s mentioned in their Expedia description
