気の置けない従業員ばかり。ツアーのアレンジ力、客へのサービス精神などもう少し日本語ができたらリピーターが増えもっと客が増えると思う。

朝食、洗濯付きというのか魅力です。 本の在庫も豊富。 短期滞在のみならず、長期に滞在する方にもお勧めです。

４人で行き、2部屋とったのですが、一部屋のシャワーが壊れていて、水しか出なかった。 写真とは違いすぎて、びっくりしました。 ガイドもお金を多めに言ってくるし、帰りのドライバーは、道の途中で違う人に、交代するし、怖くて信用できなかった

とても良い宿です。スタッフの方はみなさん優しくて、安心して泊まれます。コストパフォーマンスも、最高です。

カンボジアでの常宿です。 パブストリートなどからは少し離れているが、コストパフォーマンスが最高！ カンボジアの宿は、ここ以外には考えません！ スタッフもみんな優しいし、一生懸命☆

ベッドはそこそこ清潔でしたが、タオルが臭くて使えませんでした。 外観等もＨＰの写真と相当違っていると思います。

送迎を頼めて、朝食、飲み水、洗濯もついているので、滞在中特に不便を感じることがなかったです。 部屋もきれいで非常に満足しました。 こちらがほぼ日本語のみでしたので、ツアーの希望が上手く伝わっていないこともありましたが、当日でも対応して頂けたので、とても助かりました。 基本的に1人のドライバーが専属でつくシステムのようでしたが、こちらの希望をあらかじめはっきり言っておかないと、最大限ツアーを詰め込もうとするドライバーに当たることもあるので、そこは遠慮せず自分の希望とペースを伝えた方が満足できます。 希望を言えば、最大限配慮してもらえますので。

スタッフも気さくで、気楽に過ごせました。朝ごはんを食べる所も、他の方と話せたりできるので良かったです。

スタッフは非常に親切で、外部で予約したツアーに問題があった時も、代わりに交渉してくれた。また朝食も非常に美味しかった。 ただ、部屋（ベッド）にダニが少々おり多数噛まれてしまった。

繁華街も近く、ベットやシーツも綺麗です。 それぞれのベットに読書灯、ミニ扇風機がついています。 シェムリアップ発ツアーバスのバス乗車口も比較的近いので、他の都市へバスで移動する際も便利です。

It was Filthy !! Pillows had black mold , mattress was filthy , limited towels ( half were torn in half baby blankets) No hot water at all , access road to hotel was mud and NO LIGHTING at night .. I LEFT HOTEL 5 days Early as I started to get sore red eyes, running nose and a cough. I will be contacting EXPEDIA how they can have such a HORRIBLE property in their system..

Nice place a little outside main area. Room was pretty basic but hosts were great and very helpful.

The room was super clean with a big comfortable bed. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely stay. It’s a bit far from everything but there’s tuk-tuks for that.

le positif: la chambre 1 est facile d accès pour ceux qui ont des difficultés avec les escaliers,elle est grande,le chauffeur de tuk tuk M Bone est très gentil et fait de son mieux .le négatif : patron n est pas très sympa, pas de bouteille d eau chaque jour comme c est noté ,pas de ménage pendant la durée de mon séjour,pas de petit déjeuner, un vieux pot de nescafé et deux sachets de thé lipton dont un ouvert ,rien dans les environs ,l air climatisé en panne mais il y a un ventilateur ,bref je ne retournerais pas dans cet hotel,vous devriez vérifié un peu mieux vous même les endroits que vous proposez à vos clients.ne jamais réservez plusieurs nuits ça évite les déceptions ,surtout hors saison il y a mieux à des prix plus avantageux

This place is only, only, only, for relaxing and for nothing else as nothing at all happens here. It is quiet and with a nice garden and a very nice small pool, but yes that is it... The quiet location means that it is quiet...! It is very secluded on a small dark lane off a quiet road. Also it is not actually at the location as shown on the hotels.com website, as on a side road of the national highway 6 to the E. of the town centre, but it is about 2km well out of town to the S.W., and there is absolutely nothing close by, no shops, no bars, or no restaurants at all... So yes, that is it, and that's all there is...! A quiet garden and nice enough rooms to relax in...!!

They didn't know I had booked a room. They had no electricity, no guests, no money for a refund and I was told to get a room elswhere.

Everything about the guesthouse was above and beyond our expectations!! When we first booked the guesthouse, we thought, "oh we paid a pretty cheap price, so it'd be a basic place. Just a bed and a bathroom. It's not a hotel, so surely there won't be much facilities." And so we were prepared for that. I brought my own towel, I brought enough clothes to last the days that we were there for, I brought soap. And when we got there, I was surprised to find that I didn't need any of that! A towel was provided for (which they washed and changed every 2 days), they had a free laundry service where all you had to do was put your laundry in a basket outside your door every morning, and by the next day it will all be neatly folded in a basket outside your door!!! Everything about it was perfect. The service was amazing too. The room was very neat and clean when I arrived, and in my head I thought, "oh since it's not a hotel, surely they won't come in and make the bed." But I was wrong. Even that was done too! The staff were also super friendly. It was very easy to get along with them, they spoke very good English. And whenever we needed a tuk tuk, they would help us with that with the cheapest price possible. When I needed access to a computer to check in for my flight, they let me use theirs and were very sweet about it.

거리와는 상관없이 제가사용한방은 에어컨이 안되니 정말더워 잠을 못 이뤘습니다 아침식사는 보통식당의 아침이고 별다른 특별한점은 없네요

Feel safe with kind staff

The people were very friendly, helpful and nice here. It was a bit away from the main district but it was an easy tuk tuk ride into town. The main thing that turned us off was the mould in the bathroom. I'm used to cheap rooms but this mould was about 2 square meter and looked like it had eaten through the wall, extremely disgusting and the bathroom smelt very bad as a result. If I had a room with a better bathroom i would stay here but not the way it was.
