事前にメールをしたら、空港からホテルまで無料で迎えのトゥクトゥクを手配してくれて、 そのトゥクトゥクドライバーさんがとても良い方で、翌日以降のアンコールワット巡りをお願いしました。 観光に夢中になり3〜4時間待たせてしまっても、遺跡から出てきたら、すぐに見つけてくれて、とても楽しく観光出来ました。 ホテルの食事もカレーを頼んだけど、筍みたいな具が美味しかった！ 全体的に綺麗で良いホテルでした。

このホテル、良かったです。スタッフの方もみんな英語が通じるし、みんなとってもフレンドリー。 事前にメールで到着便を知らせておいたので、空港にお迎えが来てくれました。アクティビティの予約などもお願いしました。 こじんまりしたリゾートタイプのホテルで中心部からちょっと離れた静かで落ち着いたエリアにあり、ナイスでした(ｵｰﾙﾄﾞﾏｰｹｯﾄまでﾄｩｸﾄｩｸで片道$2)。お部屋は広くて清潔だったし、写真のように石の大きいお風呂があります！湯量、ﾄﾞﾗｲｱｰ、空調も問題なく、Wi-Fiもさくさく繋がりました。 朝食もとっても美味しかったし、サンライズを見に行く日は、ﾗﾝﾁﾎﾞｯｸｽが用意されていました。 雰囲気もよく、快適に過ごせました。また泊まりたいです！

The best service , very clean

It was a boutique hotel and the room I stayed was spacious and comfortable; however, there were visible stains on the hand towels and the linens were slightly worn, although I trust that those were clean, they should replace it with new ones.

Hotel ist in Ordnung, jedoch kein 5 Sterne Hotel. Die Angestellten sind nett und die Lage ist ebenfalls nicht übel.

Leider waren wir in 3 Punkten doch sehr enttäuscht. Am schlimmsten war der feuchte Kellergeruch in Zimmer. Außerdem hatten die Kissen und Bettlaken Löcher, was ich einfach nicht von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ( auch wenn es in der Landeskategorie nochmal etwas weniger ist.) Als letztes Stand auf der Frühstückskarte, dass man immer frische Früchte und Joghurt mit Ceralien dazu bekommt. Wir haben statt dessen immer Croissants bekommen. Was ok ist, aber dann sollte man nicht hinschreiben. Den Joghurt- wir haben nachgefragt - hatten Sie nämlich an allen drei Tagen nicht da. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft sehr sauber, toll ausgestattet und die Angestellten waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff were amazing. Nothing was to much to ask. Hotel is great.

Fantastisk service. Fina rum och en uppskattad pool i värmen. Inte alltid wifi räckte enda fram till rummet, fick surfa i lobbyn.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They don’t no to anything you might ask. Also, the hotel is brand new and feels like hidden gem boutique resort.

프라이빗해서 좋았습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다. 픽업서비스도 정확했고, 늦게 체크인했는데 친절하게 맞이해주었습니다. 걸어서 동네구경하고, 펍스트리트까지도 걸어가는 재미가 있었습니다.

Notre séjour au Solitaire Kamreuk s'est très bien passé : l'hôtel est paisible, la petite piscine très agréable et la chambre immense. J'ai trouvé que le personnel de l'accueil manquait un peu de réactivité (notre tuktuk commandé par leur biais pour 5h est arrivé à 5h30 après plusieurs relances, dommage pour le lever de soleil sur Angkor Wat...), mais globalement, nous avons eu une très bonne expérience.

Restauration : Hôtel très excentré et assez loin des restaurants (2 km), or la restauration à l’hôtel n'est pas toujours possible (on nous a "invité" à aller dîner ailleurs)... Les petits déjeuners sont censés être dispo à partir de 6 heures. Mais à 6h15 le cuisinier n'était toujours pas là et nous devions être à l'aéroport à 6h30 (nous avions spécialement demandé la veille à ce que le petit déjeuner soit prêt à 6h tapantes !). Mais bon pas plus mal puisque la veille nous avions trouvé un insecte (genre cafard) dans notre omelette... Pick up à l'aéroport : censé être gratuit mais après 15 minutes d'attente du chauffeur, nous avons fini par prendre un taxi à nos frais (le personnel de l’hôtel n'a pas proposé de nous le rembourser) Check-out : a pris près de 15 minutes (et pourtant nous étions seuls) puisque le personnel n'avait pas de monnaie pour un paiement liquide et que le terminal de carte bancaire ne fonctionnait pas... Anglais très approximatif du personnel et donc difficile de se faire comprendre chambres : Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, mais avec une forte odeur de moisi (pas très agréable) et sur les deux jours de notre séjour, l'eau chaude a été en panne pendant la moitié du temps... Bref les 4* de cet hôtel sont très largement exagérés et je ne le recommande absolument pas. Il y a bien mieux à Sieml Reap

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has all the amenities of a western hotel along with a professional staff. I was especially thankful for the personal care that was shown to me by Chea and Mr. Pov. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Thanks to the housekeeping staff for their work in keeping my room clean. Great job. Thanks to the cook for preparing my food. The stir fry broccoli was wonderful.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Chambre spacieuse et confortable, piscine très agréable, super déco... Mention spéciale à tout le personnel disponible, souriant et toujours aux petits soins. L'hotel est un tout petit peu éloigné du centre si on veut y aller à pied mais il y a tout pas très loin. Le coin est calm et reposant. Le petit déjeuner à la carte est très bon (choix parmi plusieurs assiettes : oeufs, pancake, riz...) manque peut-etre une assiette de fruits pour accompagner chaque plat et les jus de fruits sont des jus en brick c'est le seul bémol que nous avons relevé. Nous recommandons !

I love this hotel soooo much. All of the staffs are so nice and friendly, they helped me as much as they can. And the breakfast is tasty, even there are not much choice. The hotel is not far from old market, you can take tuk tuk €2 to go out. I will recommend it to my friends

From the moment I came out of the tuk-tuk we were greeted warmly by Mr C Pov. Genuinely, he was very kind from the moment we walked in and checked out from the hotel. His manager Mr B.S. Leng was equally amazing! He always checked in with us to see if our stay was satisfactory. On our check-out date we had several hours to board the overnight bus. Mr. Leng not only offered us late check-out, but even offered us to come back to the hotel and shower before we took off to the bus terminal. These kind of gestures have touched me and made the trip more memorable!

I enjoy my stay in this new modern hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable. The environment is quiet and safe. It is a easy walk from the night market. The staff are all very friendly, always with smiles and well accommodate my need. Breakfast was good with variety of both Western and Asian choices. They also prepared simple take alway breakfast for my sunrise tour.

整體滿意，環境與客房優美整潔！CHECK IN過程也很人性化，員工也很熱情配合，甚至主動傾談！唯一需要留意的是第一晚房間的蚊子較多，睡得不好，第二天反映後有改善。酒店位置不在最繁忙的酒吧街與夜市旁，比較清靜，但出入要坐車（TUK TYK $2）或走路15分鐘。

Hotel is new and rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and confortable. Hotel is about 5-10 min walk to the main market and pub street or 1-2 dollars ride. Staff is kind and welcoming. On the down side there are lots of mosquitos in the loby area which is anoying at breakfast and some staff hardly speaks english. Overall a very nice stay.
