I've traveled quite a lot but this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed. After staying at this hotel for 3nights, I realised that a bad hotel makes the memory of your trip bad too. If my friends go to Phnom Penh, I will not recommend this hotel to stay. The reasons are below: 1. The bathroom smells bad!!! Plus, the shower drain was blocked for a whole my stay. I asked the receptionist to tell the cleaner to unblock. Never done. 2. The room is next to some work and it's noisy in the morning. I woke up before 8am with the work noise and worker's humming! 3. No internet connection in a room. I had to go to a common area which is outside. So many mosquito bites. 4. I asked to change the room due to the reasons above and I kept being said that tomorrow is available not today. Never become available. 5. The room cleaning was not done in the evening. So I asked to do. Well, the room was more dirty after cleaning, especially in the bathroom. 6. There is an outside party every night. remember? No internet connection in a room. You have to go next to the party to check your emails. I give one star because the hotel staff were nice and friendly, but all the other points, NO.

Schönes, kleines Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen. Zimmer zweckmässig betr. Grösse & Ausstattung. Schöne Bilder in den Zimmern & im Gang. Pool & Garten sieht sehr schön aus. Gegessen haben wir nicht, aber die Speisen sahen alle sehr gut aus. Beim Check-In gab's ein frei wählbares Willkommensgetränk, top. Wir haben, aufgr. nicht voller Auslastung, ein gratis Zimmerupgrade in ein etwas grösseres erhalten. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit mit Informationen. Kühlschrank mit Getränken und ein paar Snacks stehen im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Pro Tag gibt's zwei 500 ml Wasserflaschen gratis.

Just had a wonderful week long stay at the Grange. Upon checking in I was given a choice of rooms which I was able to inspect beforehand. The staff will take care of anything you might need and the pool was great after a hot day out. Highly recommend!

Literie confortable, situation parfaite, chambre sur l'arrière du bâtiment très calme, bon accueil, serviable. Seul bémol, wifi en pointillés.

Good location

Great place to stay. It’s a great environment,especially by the pool. The staff and owner are very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here Thank you 🙏

We tended to keep to ourselves which was facilitated by Toney and his polite staff, but it was evident lots of longer term residents enjoyed the quiet colonial atmosphere as much as we did. Very much aa safe home from home and a bit of a sanctuary. Maa the remorgue driver was excellent although we mostly used the Garb app. Several lovely places to eat and socialize within 200m. CRAFT, SHOP, KOKI etc...The location is just perfect..

Un hôtel très bien situé, confortable, à taille humaine où l'on peut se sentir comme à la maison. Le personnel est au petit soin, efficace et très gentil. Le seul bémol serait le bruit de la piscine et du restaurant "parfois", le soir et le week end (voix forte et cri d'enfants)

This hotel was truly amazing. It was so spacious and even the balcony was huge. The pool was large and great but lots of kids splashing and jumping each day makes it hard for the adults to use unfortunately. Food was good and more expansive menu than I thought. The staff was so so nice that was great. We were able to leave our bags for our time on Koh rong and wait for our flight there. Wifi worked great and free waterfill. Cant recommend this hotel enough we couldnt believe how nice it was for the price, you dont find this a lot in SE Asia

Really friendly staff. As I’m a night owl and the room allocated to me did not suit they were very understanding and obliging in upgrading my room for the entire length of my stay. Not much in the immediate area but reasonably central and not far in a tuk tuk in any direction to various entertainment areas if that’s what you’re interested in. Not a hectic place which is what I enjoy!

When we checked in we were shown our room did not lock. We immediately said we weren’t comfortable staying in a room without a lock and were offered a different room for one night. We were assured it would be fixed the next day or we could have a refund. To cut a long story short, the lock was not fixed. We spent all of the next day going back and forth to the door being told repeatedly it was fixed. When we asked for a refund the owner became aggressive and said “if you aren’t happy to leave all your belongings here without a lock, then we don’t want you here anyway”. This then continued until the owner walked off mid conversation and told us to “piss off back to England”. By this point it was clear we weren’t welcome, so we left without a refund. In summary we did not feel safe here (two young female travellers). There’s no excuse for such rudeness. Owners clearly did not care of the guest comfort, well-being and safety and it was a relief to leave. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, welcoming, safe hotel… this is NOT for you.

Effectivement comme lu dans commentaires , des hommes âgés très présents ... Lors de notre départ, alors que nous avions déjà réglé la note, on a voulu nous faire payer une bière que nous n'avions pas consommé , suite à notre refus , regards soupçonneux et hostiles.

Mooie rustige lokatie

A little piece of paradise in the middle of a busy city. A quiet place but right in the middle of all the attractions. Short walks to everything of interest. Staff could not do enough, clean and spacious room. Only thing was bed was a little hard for my taste. Will be back!!

Wonderful accomodation with super helpful and friendly staff. Location was perfect to nearby attractions and on a quiet street. Restaurant was excellent. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
