Was not worth the money spent the pictures on this app make it appear way more attractive than it really is in real life But it was secure and the breakfast was good the service wasn’t half bad as well .

Convenient and secure area

Pour du travail , c'est un hôtel qui convient. Une petite piscine pour ceux qui veulent se détendre après une journée de travail . Un petit déjeuner copieux et un menu varié pour le déjeuner et diner. Mais un personnel vraiment agréable souriant . Vraiment j'ai beaucoup apprécié.

A good business hotel in Douala with a very good pool. The restaurant has daily specials allowing you to eat there regularly as well as weekend entertainment.

Bien que les installations soient vieillissantes. Globalement propre. Petit déjeuné inclus est un plus.

Gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit und Personal Freundlichkeit. Nicht gefallen: Kinderfreundlichkeit null ( keine Kinder Spielmöglichkeit ) keine Kinderkanal, Organisation des Personals könnte verbessern werden. zB Shuttlebus Vorort nicht gesehen, Check- out war kompliziert ( keine gute Absprache zwischen den Personalien ). Keine Liegestühle am Strand

Excellent hôtel. J'y retournerai sans problème. Par expérience, je sais qu'il est difficile de trouver un hôtel de cette qualité au Cameroun.

Right security, that was great! No air conditioning or deliberately put it to malfunctioning, needs fresh air or smells around, no sufficient ventilation in the rooms or the one I was. However, there is room for improvement. Thank you

Rooms were outdated.....the buffet was awesome

J’ai l’habitude de séjourner à cet hôtel lors de mes voyages au Cameroun, d'habitude parfait! Mais cette fois ci, je n’ai malheureusement pas pu prendre mon vol et donc y séjourner vu que je n’avais pas le bon test Covid. J’ai donc du reporter mon voyage d’une semaine mais... ils n’ont rien voulu savoir! La compagnie aérienne a bien voulu décaler mon vol d’une semaine, vu la situation sanitaire exceptionnelle, mais Ibis, non! Je suis bien évidemment terriblement déçu par cette décision. Je vais donc dorénavant séjourner la semaine prochaine à La Falaise Bonanjo et adopter cet hôtel pour mes futurs voyages.

All went very smooth and staff was helpful Room was very small for three people but our 4 year old just fit on the small sofa chair so we made it work

Es verdad que el hotel no está mal. Siempre me alojo en este hotel porque viajo mucho por negocios a Duala pero ya empieza a necesitar alguna reforma.

El hotel es excelente y la ubicacion, la comida muy buena y el traslado al aeropuerto en tiempo.

Hotel needs renovation, but it is still a good option in Douala.
