Excellent

Our room was clean and the staff was friendly. We really liked how close it was to everything in Old Montreal. Even with the cold we were able to walk almost everywhere.

I couldn’t get out of the parking garage after i checked out my ticket was invalid after i had just received it from front desk. otherwise a great stay, great staff.

Notre séjour a été extrêmement décevant. Le système de chauffage était à la fois inefficace et excessivement bruyant, rendant le sommeil très difficile. Il n’y avait aucun chauffage dans la salle de bain. Lorsque nous avons signalé ce problème à la réception et demandé s’il était possible de proposer une solution alternative, il nous a simplement été conseillé d’utiliser des bouchons d’oreilles — une réponse totalement inacceptable et désinvolte. De plus, le choix proposé au petit-déjeuner était très limité et ne correspondait pas aux attentes pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Le ménage était également en dessous des standards : les sols n’étaient pas correctement nettoyés, avec de la saleté provenant de l’extérieur encore visible pendant le séjour. Dans l’ensemble, cette expérience est très loin de ce que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un hôtel Marriott 4 étoiles. L’écart entre la réputation de la marque et la réalité de notre séjour est frappant et profondément décevant.

Room was spotless and very well kept.

Pros: great rooms, wonderful staff, no carpet. Cons: barn door bathroom door not a good idea, heating unit is loud, we went in the winter and I would have liked some kind of mat for our wet boots/shoes Even with the cons, I would recommend and I would stay here again.

I live in room 101, there’s a window air conditioner in the room, so noisy, I can fall asleep whole night, I tried to turned it off, it’s become so cold

Clean room, friendly staff, great overall experience. The wind sounds of the AC is a little bit loud.

Hotel was in a central location to shops and food all walkable. Parking was convenient.

Heating system too loud

Clean room & staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

There is always some sort of maintenance going on when I stay at this hotel and the air conditioning units are very very loud.

Wonderful front desk staff- so helpful! Room/suite was spacious and comfortable. This was our third time staying here bc it’s great for families and in a perfect location.
