This was a lovely set up with a common room available for all the units. I also appreciated the laundry facilities. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was refurbished and very clean. I enjoyed sitting on the deck for a bit in the evening. The location of the B & B was also great!

Room was very clean and had a great view of the park. Access to kitchen and common area was very convenient. Near several bus lines, though it will take a good 30 minutes to get downtown so plan accordingly.

This was a good spot for walking and enjoying the residential neighbourhoods of Montreal. Despite being on a street that is busy during the day, it was totally quiet at night. We both got a good night's sleep. The room was clean and met our basic needs without breaking the bank

Parking was a bit tricky, it's around the back and not well lit or signed. We did not use the breakfast amenities - looked like cereal and coffee.

Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner. Du café et du thé en libre service seulement.

Le lit était confortable. Par contre je pensais pouvoir utiliser le gel douche pour me laver mais le distributeur ne fonctionnait pas et ma main était trop petite pour atteindre le savon par le haut. J'ai dû me laver avec le shampoing malheureusement. La porte des toilettes de fermait pas. J'étais seule donc ça allait mais si j'avais été accompagnée ça m'aurait vraiment dérangée. Et du fait qu'elle ne fermait pas, le porte serviette fixé dessus m'empêchait d'accéder pleinement à levier sans me faire mal. J'ai trouvé dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de lait végétal, je n'ai pas profité des céréales. Un choix plus varié de tisanes aurait été apprécié et en plus grand nombre. Il n'y avait plus que deux sachets de tisanes quand je suis arrivée. L'emplacement est bon et calme. C'était très propre.

Simple and easy

It was nice to have parking, although there was a $15 dollar charge. The room was clean and so was bathroom. We never met any staff but they were helpful on the phone. Just across the street from the park.

Clean room. Easy check in and access. Cereal available 24/7. Staff was friendly and had good food recommendations.

Great place and location; be advised it's accessed via outdoor winding staircase.

The location was great in a more residential/park area with grocery stores and restaurants nearby and much cheaper in price than old/downtown Montreal lodging. This property is more Air B&B with no front desk so check-in was via different 6 digit code locks on front and room doors. Checkin would be difficult without guest having cell phone coverage in Canada as check-in instructions were sent just 2 days before check-in. Parking was CAD 15 per night and just behind property and they wanted a sent photo of your parked car. We dropped luggage at front entrance then drove car around the block to alley and parking location. Reverse this when leaving. The common area had kitchen and TV viewing area for about 5 rooms but never crowded during our autumn weekday stay. The staff are only on phone but were very nice answering questions in English. Property could be a problem for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage as there are about 15+ steps and no elevator. The laundry dryer was stuffed with sheets our entire stay so not used. As our room was next to laundry, this was good as no noise issue. We walked to old/downtown and back and got 20000+ steps that day but public transit is nearby.

The room was spotless! Staff is excellent. Flawless communications. Responding to questions within minutes. Location is great. Perfect B&B. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back.

Small B & B opposite a park and reasonably close to restaurants and cafes. Parking was available for a small fee.

If you are looking for a bed and breakfast, keep looking. There is no breakfast included just a shared kitchen. Coffee tea and dried cereal were provided. The balcony could use some tlc. The room itself was good but definitely could have been cleaner. There was layer of dust on the bathroom fan so thick i was scared to turn it on.

Nice clean and tidy property, good location,didn’t see any staff was given access codes for front door and then room which was fine. Nice communal area for tea and breakfast cereal / milk / coffee supplied. Aircon in room was a lifesaver as it was a heatwave!
