Cleaning lady just walked in without nocking at 8 pm. No heat, trash bin, breakfast or tv. Very sketchy place. Got locked out of my room too.

I spent one night at the American Plaza Motel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, and there was no toilet paper or towel in the bathroom when I arrived. After informing the front desk, they provided them, but this should have been prepared in advance. There was no kettle or microwave in the room, and the TV wasn’t connected to the internet. The room also didn’t have a thermostat, and it was uncomfortably warm, so I had to open the door several times just to cool it down. To make things worse, around midnight, guests in a nearby room started shouting loudly for about an hour, and I couldn’t sleep afterward. Overall, I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

Ice cold no toilet paper, no towels, went to try and get them they wouldn't answer the door.. froze all night!

What pet area?

The property is not maintained well and the staff is quite untrained. The area is too peaceful but the overall rooms well too rubbish.

Thus is the first hotel room where I could not find TV connected, bedlight socket not there no iron to iron my clothes, no water to drink, towels were dirty. I will never recommend. Better return my money. I did not attend my conference and left the hotel early morning to go home.

This hotel is not up to standard. The photos online are completely misleading — the place looks nothing like what was advertised. When I asked for a refund because of the false presentation, the staff refused and offered no help. The experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. Save your money and choose a place that actually delivers what it promises.

Disgusting. I want my money back. I changed hotels as soon as I pulled up. This is one of the worst places I’ve ever had to come across. Expedia should ban this place.

The owner was out getting something at the store. I could not check in. Therefore, I went somewhere else. I paid for no service.

I was very taken back by how the staff was when I went to check in. There was another customer in front of me and asked for the wifi password and when they left, the front desk lady walked away after looking at me at the counter. I then had to open the door and ring the buzzer to get her attention and she said "what the hell is his problem now" and then took another 5 minutes to come to counter to let me check in. She tried to even get me to pay again when I had pre paid. The room was clean but I didn't feel like it would have met standards. The shower curtain had a lot of stains that looked pretty questionable and looked like blood. The shower had looked like it wasn't cleaned fully. The bathroom lights were missing two of the three that were in there. The bedside light looked like it was one string away from falling off, also didn't work. The inside door had looked like someone took a hammer to it multiple times. And another thing to add to the staff, when I went to check out, I pressed the buzzer to be let in and I saw the front desk lady roll her eyes at me, and when I handed her the key and said "I'm here to check out" she tried to make me pay yet again. I'm not one to leave bad or long reviews but after my experience, I wouldn't want anyone to have a similar experiences as I had felt very unwelcome, unsafe and just overall unpleasant.

The man who checked me in was very nice. I hope he can find somewhere else to work, because he was the only good thing about this location. Everything else was horrible. If I had a choice to stay somewhere else I would have, but short notice left this as the only option that wasn't miles outside the city.

There were no TV channels, no bath towels for a shower, no light bulbs in the bedside lamps, and no curtain in the bathroom window just a towel taped to the window frame

Terrible state of entrances and location

We tried three times to get into our room. No one working in locked owffice. When we came back a woman yelled at me for ringing the buzzard that said to ring. She was rude. We never stayed. We asked for owners number. He called me back and said he would cancel our reservation. The area was in poor shape. Didn't even want to see what rooms looked like

Very very bad cleaning. Bad smell. Bad customer service, totally very bad motel. That’s it

The place was dirty and cold. We took a look and went back to the front desk and told them that wasn't acceptable and that we wanted a refund. They were unpleasant.

No towels in bathroom. Cushion missing from sofa. phone jack pull ed off wall, laying on the floor. bathroom heater didn't appear to work. Only a 1/4 inch of toilet paper left in bathroom. I had to contact expedia to get any service for check-in. No one was present to check out. The bed was comfortable. No wi-fi password given.
