到着が遅くなった為、現地到着が午後１０時過ぎでした。 空港で何も食しなかった為、ホテルで食事を考えていましたが、レストランは営業終了。 バーが午前１時まで開いていましたので、そちらで食事を採りました。 ハンバーガーとビールを注文しましたが、ハンバーガーのサイズが大きく、 ハンバーガー１つで十分満足できる量でした。 勿論、味も美味しかったです。 部屋については、大きさは申し分ないのですが、通路の歩き声が聞こえるのが気になりました。 部屋のトイレの水栓のコックの戻りが悪く、手で戻さないとずっと水が流れていましたので、改善が必要だと思います。 これらの点で、少し厳し目の評価をさせて頂きました。 その他は概ね良好でした。

Long check-in process. Customer service was not the best, not very helpful and the young man at the desk in the evening appeared as though we were bothering him when we asked for some things that we were missing. The beds were uncomfortable, we had 2 towels for 4 people, the room was very damp and smelled bad. There was dirt/sand in the bathtub (on the sides and on the bottom). The neighborhood didn't feel very safe. The desk actually has a sign offering to lend some club type things to lock your vehicle to avoid theft which kind of made us nervous... especially when we asked for one and they said they had no more left to lend! We will most likely not be staying there ever again! Very disappointed

Overall hotel was fine but I picked this hotel specifically for the use of the pool with my kids. Turns out the pool is only open on Sat-Sun and not from Mon-Fri. Would be nice if that was noted somewhere or advertised as such. Parking lot wasnt very secure and i was offered a steering wheel club when I checked in. That didnt inspire much confidence regarding leaving my car in the lot. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean.

Area around the property isn't very nice. Difficult to drive around with turn-arounds and industrial spaces all around. Property is also under renovations so that brings a few limitations

Sam was incredibly nice and helpful. We had booked 4 rooms for a total of nights for a group of 14 people. It was apparent that the property needed some work and maintenance done and to be fair there were a few workers present at the time of our stay. However the place lacked attention to detail when it came to basic amenities. 2 of our rooms didn’t have a coffee machine, one of them had a broken hair dryer and remote control. The biggest thing they need to change are their pool hours and the fact that neither it was mentioned in a follow up email after booking or at the time of check in is a huge inconvenience. Since it’s only open on weekends, I would think that is a crucial piece of information that needs to be disclosed prior to checking in. I’m sure that’s an easy fix to avoid future customer dissatisfaction.

Horrible! Three weddings happening Saturday night. Music started before 7pm, the floors are shaking and at 12:45am called the front desk. They said the music will play until 2 am and they can’t do anything about it. The AC doesn’t work properly nor is there a fan to block out any of the noise. I do not recommend booking this hotel.

Arrived in the evening and Sam met us. There was an issue that occurred between Expedia and the hotel to where we had a king room instead of 2 queens. Sam went out of his way and found a room for us albeit no A/C. They gave us a fan to use for the night and got us into a different room the next day. Hotel is currently under renovation but most of it was fine. Our only dislike is that the pool is basically only open on the weekends. We booked specifically for the pool and only got to use it one day. Outside of that the rooms were comfortable and the staff was super nice.

Not the cleanest hotel. The room was average. Bathroom not the cleanest. Everything was old. But, it was cheap and for the price it was ok.

The hotel facilities are old. For the same price, there can be other options. And on the first day of check-in, the attitude of the hotel front desk was not good. I felt that I had offended her?

I was disappointed with bathroom conditions, bath tub is super slippery and in general the room is super old, the carpet, the curtains and room does not have microwave.

Room was clean and fine. Bathroom definitely needs some upgrades as the sink was cracked and the tub had multiple scratches and areas damaged. Air conditioning was noisy but turning it off worked fine for us.
