There was , honestly, very little that I enjoyed about this hotel. The room was beyond tiny and very uncomfortable with no place to put even one piece of luggage, and the shower was almost impossible to get into if you were over 6" or 180lbs. The hotel, technically, had a view of the lake, but it was up on a hill and across a road and train tracks so, it wasn't exactly "on the lake." My biggest grievance was that I had arranged to have my travel documents mailed to the hotel for when we arrived and I called to make sure that this was possible, and again to let them know that they were in the mail and gave the approximate delivery date. When we arrived, we were told that they didn't receive anything and that it must have been delivered to their PO Box, which only one person had access to, and that person was out of town for the duration of our stay. There was little care and no accountability on the part of the hotel for the upheaval and stress that this oversight caused us (and we never did get access to our documents). Even if everything else was perfect, which it was far from, I would never stay here again due to the complete disregard and poor service on the part of the management.

The room was wonderful, small but efficient. I appreciated the bottle of water and cooler at the end of the hall to fill up before bed. The restaurant was absolutely Delicious!

Everything was great! Clean, coffee for the morning. The only thing was we came in around 7:00pm and no one was at the desk. We waited and then I grabbed a waitress in restaurant that was there.

Chambre très propre! Intime et chaleureuse! Lieux enchanteurs (surtout avec la neige sur le décor) et personnel (du restaurant et de la réception) super sympathique! Longue vie à cet endroit!

La chambre spacieuse, bonne literie. Le personnel est accueillant et bienveillant. Je recommande cet hôtel. N'hésitez pas à prendre le souper, la carte proposée est délicieuse.

Pour moi rien n’est parfait mais c’était très bien. Arrivée et départ facile et rapide ainsi qu’une Magnifique vue sur le lac. Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de goûter à la cuisine mais le menu me semblait très gustatif. J’y ai passé un très bon séjour dans un endroit chaleureux et tranquille.

Bel accueil de Karine ! Chambre moderne avec toutes les facilité... belle terrasse au resto...prendre en considération qu il n y a pas d air climatisé dans la chambre si vous y allez en periode estivale....nous c était correct en octobre.. beau sejour ! J y retournerais !

Had an average stay at somet de la montagne Maggog. Had a view of woods.. also constructuin going on under our windo that started early friday am. Also fir cleanliness room is carowtedand iam not sure how cleaning is done.. bed frame also material ..difficult to clean. No breakfast i cluded but did offer 15% at the dining room which we didnt have inte tion on going. No decafetated coffee pods in room . We asked for some and the maid never came back. Room not cleaned or replenashed for our 2nd night.. so still no coffee and we ate with our dirty dished.. staff friendly but a lot of improvement neededunder our window e
