遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、対応してもらえました。ドライヤーが壊れていましたが、新しいものを届けてもらえました。翌朝のタクシー予約もスムーズでした。 ただ一点、ホテル名が他と混同しやすく、似たような名前のホテルが近辺にもあるようです。最初にホテル名を伝えたところ、近辺の別のホテルに案内されてしまいました。

Great room and outstanding staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions/directions; lots of parking was available; the room was clean and comfortable; and my husband said that the breakfast was fine. We had stayed here a couple of years ago and would again when visiting Courtenay.

This was probably my 4th or 5th time staying at the Bayview Hotel and again it was great! The front desk staff were super friendly & helpful. It's clean. Free breakfast. Pool and a Hottub (plus waterslide if you have kids 👌). Close to everything. It has everything you need in a hotel. It is my go to place to stay when I am in the area. I'll be back!

Clean and friendly, but dated.

Nice room, nice beds, good pool for families, close to shopping and dining.

Stayed here a few times. Usually breakfast is fully stocked, this time they seemed quite behind on restocking the hot holds with bacon, sausage, egg, etc. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Missed owen at the front reception, he was always our favorite when we stayed here in the past. Hot tub amd pool/slide was nice to have.

This was our base for a few ski trips this year. Always great.

Free breakfast was a nice touch, but wish there was something to clean the table with after. Room was really nice but could have been cleaned better (dirty carpet and hair in bathroom plus ants.) The pool is why we went and that didn’t disappoint so overall for my kids 10/10

We stayed for three nights while visiting friends. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast gave us a good start to the day.

It was good… rooms much smaller than looks in picture and soaker tub although looks big has limited space. But place was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good

We arrived very late in the evening and the staff were great to deal with. Room was very comfortable and breakfast had lots of choices. Limited parking is only issue as the hotel seemed to be quite full but we did find a spot to park. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

Amazing hotel with a water slide!!!

The property was super busy with hockey teams, birthday parties etc and not staffed for it at all over the 3 days we were there. Food for breakfast was non existent as there were lines and people clearing out all the hot food within minutes and 30+ minutes to refill. The pool was over crowded and absolutely rowdy. Despite alerting staff to the teenagers running, jumping onto kids in the pool swimming, spraying water guns into peoples faces, nothing was done to resolve the issues. It was extremely dangerous and unfortunately we had to remove our children. The bathrooms in the pool area were also filthy. At night, children were running up and down the hallways, screaming and knocking on doors until after 11pm and it started back up by 7am. We had no sleep, had to go elsewhere for breakfast and swimming, felt like a waste of money. It's too bad they'll overbook the property and not bother to have enough staff. At checkout I wasn't even asked how my stay was, and when I attempted to notify the management of our disappointment before leaving a review, I was emailed a generic copy and pasted AI response that didn't even acknowledge what my initial email was. Clearly they don't care so we won't be back.

Breakfast was good! Parking was “tight”. Not much room for pickup trucks. Good stay overall. Thanks!

Excellent value, great service and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was better than I expected. Would stay again and recommend to others.
