The hotel is convenient if attending the Sudbury Arena, but the parking is very limited and the “druggies” walking around were pretty sketchy.

The rooms are gorgeous, loved my stay. Its worth the stay . Management makes to feel like a guest not just an occupied room.

staff is wonderful, service was great and accomodations excellent.

When I arrived the front desk clerk was having a dispute with a customer over parking. Rooms are very small. Smells of cigarettes. Upholstery worn off chairs. Beat up furniture. Freezing cold room, thin sheets. Phone to reception is broken. TV remote is broken. Not good, avoid.

I should’ve taken pictures but there were hand prints and stains everywhere, and honestly found it kinda gross and funny but I did avoid touching the cuck chair, head board, the side desks and the curtains. I did get a picture of the gunk that came out of the tub jets they had. There was a dog barking in the afternoon and then at night I could hear the family next door with their children screaming and did not turn off their tv. So I kept waking up to the cheers, and laugher of a tv audience. There is a restaurant under the hotel so that’s why I’m assuming that the entire hotel and my room smells of food. I guess at the end of the day you get what you pay if I were to travel to Sudbury again I would get a different hotel.

Property is central in Sudbury, good price point. Parking lot was jam packed. We booked a queen and I guess they ran out and tried to give us 2 queens but my house insisted on a king which we got but not sure why they would think 2 queens is an upgrade. Also room keys didn’t work.

I would not come again

This was a welcoming clean and relaxing hotel that was thoroughly enjoyed

Room was dirty, stains on pillow, wallpaper, hair in bathroom. Furniture chairs old and ripped. Stairway, hallway and rooms smell musty. Overall neglected and disgusting. Will not be going back there ever.

Oh, where to start…? First I’ll preface that this is my first one star review of a hotel, ever. The staff working the front desk were pleasant and quick to help us check-in, we checked in late due to weather related issues and appreciated how quick she was. First the elevator was broken (not such a big deal for us but not idea accessibility-wise), secondly the room key they gave us first was a key to someone’s room, there were people inside sleeping... Imagine sleeping in your hotel room to someone trying to get in!? That must have been horrifying for that poor patron! Next, we were given another room on the next floor immediately, which was great, but upon access the bathroom looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned at all, with dirty foot prints in the bathtub and hairs all over the tub and countertop sink. The baseboards were dirty and the door to our room had splatter marks all over it. The TV didn’t work at all. The air that was running in the room was cold. The neighbours were loud and unruly. I was woken up abruptly to management pounding on the neighbouring rooms door to kick them out after many many complaints throughout the night and morning. I know that service people can’t control what people are doing in their room but it just added to an already chaotic visit.

I visit this area monthly. I have stayed at this hotel before but the quality of the rooms has gone down significantly. In fact I discovered bedbugs, trash and an unfinished sub in the bedside table. Various fluids on the walls. I reported it to staff and asked for a refund but they would not refund the night I had to spend there up all night as I other hotels were booked up.

The hotel was clean and good staff Area around hotel had lots of homeless people hanging around. Some looking into cars. One woman looked like she was overdosed.

The room was fine except the tv did not work nor did the coffee maker. Could not sleep as my room was next to the elevator that rumbled every time someone took it. Would not stay here again!!

Room was very clean. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Area was different. Never seen so many young people doing drugs. Overwhelming. Needs more restaurants in area. Need to travel out for restaurants and feeling unsafe to do so.
