Went to this hotel for a 2 night stay. The check in girl was rude upon arrival. The first night was good. I got back from a meeting at 2pm the second day and my heater broke while I was out (the room was 61 when I got back). I called the front desk and they said they would call maintenance and send them up. The heater needed fix and so I went to supper and a Peterborough Pete’s game after (they won whoooo!) when I got back to my room around midnight the heater was on. I woke up at 5am to the room being 64. I called down to the front desk to try and get a different room to finish my stay. They were sold out and did not have another room for me. The front desk called me back 2 mins after and offered me extra blankets. I accepted but couldn’t get back to sleep, so at 7 I went to check out and start the 4 hour drive home. When I checked out I asked if I was going to be reimbursed for the night. They said no and they gave me a 33 dollar credit. So I still had to pay almost full price for the second night and a room I hardly used and was freezing most of my stay. Very disappointing, from now on I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Peterborough.

This hotel continues to be our go to when driving through Peterborough. The Staff are friendly and courteous. They breakfast is always lives up to what we need. We will be back again.

Spotless,friendly staff,options for continental breakfast was very tasty ,affirdable,pool depth,hot tub heat.

Convenient location and check-in was great. Loved the hot chocolate and coffee station in the lobby

Junior hockey team (2 nights in a row) caused complete chaos and noise, making it too difficult to sleep. No response from the hotel.

We stayed on theb1st floor. Room 129. Originally we were in room 127. The room smelled like stale tobacco and cat urine. I asked to be moved immediately. They later moved us to 129. The room smelled like cat urine and mold. They informed us that the hotel was sold out. I didn’t sleep the entire weekend as my headache was pounding the entire time I was there. I would recommend not staying in that wing of the hotel as it is likely a health risk.

The front desk clerk was lovely and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I like looking out on the river. It is pretty and so quiet in the winter. I love having a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan is pretty noisy

Room is clean. Checking in was quick and easy. Manager at front desk was very friendly, courteous and polite.

Everything was fine. We love breakfast menu anc service. We had a good time.

It was fine but nothing particularly special. The beds were great though and had really nice linens.

The Best Western is always our first choice when staying in Peterborough and it never disappoints. Between the amenities, the clean rooms, the great breakfast selection and the friendly and accommodating staff, our stay here is always great!

Check in was quick and easy. Stayed for one night but it was great. Would definitely recommend staying here
