キレイで静かで良いホテルです！ただ木造なので、上の階からの音が響きます。外での話し声も部屋の中から聞こえます。 それ以外は良いところです！

We enjoyed our stay at Brentwood in terms of the accommodation. The restaurant was closed and ‘The Pub’ was average at best. Our tiramisu was fridge freezer cold and had hidden parchment paper underneath.. we were not offered a refund and it put a sour taste on our eating experience. The location of the resort is great with plenty of parking and we walked to Butchart gardens.

Food service was very slow and was just ok. Everything else is great! Beautiful view and room.

I love it here. It’s truly an oasis just a short journey outside the city. The soaker tubs are dreamy, the view amazing, the food consistently good, and the staff helpful and friendly. I stay here whenever I can. Highly recommend!

Wonderful view of the water. The soaker tub was fun. The pool and sauna clean and well kept. Ordered room service for dinner and ate on the patio.

Ideal location and property to getaway for some downtime.

Jacuzzi was warm not hot and jets are very weak but a little relaxing.Staff was excellent, we stayed 4 days and extended our stay an extra day, we were disappointed we couldn’t get the room until 3:00pm on the day we booked extra day. The food and Resturant’s were excellent, massage good, pedicure good. Are only glitch wasn’t being abel to get our room earlier.

I like how intimate the resort and the view from our room was amazing.

Beautiful location, excellent views of the bay. Hotel very spa like. Rooms clean, comfortable and relaxing and very quiet. Nice that the 16+ age restriction is adhered to. The pub has excellent ambience and food.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Great room and balcony with views of the marina and the mill bay inlet. The staff were great friendly and professional. We ate our meals in the main restaurant and the food was delicious. We look forward to our next stay.

We stayed at the resort for two nights as a surprise gift to my wife on her 65th birthday. I choose a superior room with a hot tub on the balcony. The suite was well appointed and lovely by design. The spa was first-rate. Expedia gave us a food credit for dining, which leads me to our major disappointment with the Brentwood Bay Resort. In all of its marketing materials, the resort claims to be world-class. However, for both of our nights the fine dining room was closed for dinner. What? We only learned this when we arrived. No notice had been sent to us in advance, and the in-room binder states the Arbutus Dining Room was open seven days a week. Apparently this was the first time this year the dining room was to be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. We were told the pub was still open. But frankly, the fine dining room was a key factor in my decision to go to the Brentwood Bay Resort, and had I known the only option was the pub, I would have cancelled my reservation. If the resort is losing money in the dining room on slow nights, then might I suggest a smaller, set menu? This would cut costs in both supplies and staffing. You simply cannot claim to be a high end resort and only offer pub food to your guests. We ate one meal in the dining room which was open for breakfast. And here is a tiny example of how this resort has lost the plot. We asked for two hard-boiled eggs and were told by the wait staff we couldn't get them. How odd is that? World class you say. Hmm.
