Beautiful, quiet, amazing views, amazing staff. What a gem

Great place!

The hot tub suite is a must checkout! Having your own personal HOTUB really implodes the experience! We will definitely be coming back and staying again! The staff is very friendly!

What a beautiful stay! The room was beautifully finished...we appreciated the VIP treats! The view amazed us. I found the bed too soft. Having a short walk outside to the lobby was odd. Thankfully it was mild. I recommend staying here anytime!

The setting is beautiful :) The hotel is typical of most hotels today… sub par service and food.

Amazing front desk service go above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! Rooms are super spacious and clean and equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay!! Our spa pedicure for my girlfriend was lackluster and resulted in a poorer experience but the front desk of the hotel handled the solution with professionalism and looked after us although the spa manger did not!

Absolutely beautiful resort I will be back for sure. The bed was so comfortable and I got the best massage from Christy. Very clean room and resort.

Our most important take aways…overall the food from the hotel was not very good (ordered 4 times as traveling with our dog, and there is no such thing as dog friendly dining at this time of the year) beautiful setting, beautiful view from room, room was average clean, fridge in room had no shelves and no freezer (regardless of what they tell you when you call to confirm prior to booking) very noisy guest in suite above (hotel does not seem to be sound proofed) could hear their tub running constantly? and their music thumping. complained to staff about all of the issues we experienced and though it seemed like they were trying to help…no resolve was found for any of these issues. Again, the view was very lovely.

A pleasant one night stay.

The spa, pool, and hot tub is lovely. We enjoyed the pub as well. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot. Some aspects of the room weren’t super well maintained though (a couple light bulbs burnt out, some deep cleaning needed in areas, carpets needed deep clean/smelled a little funny, etc.) But otherwise would still recommend it.

Our stay at Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. We had a girls weekend to celebrate our birthdays, and from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like gold. The resort itself is stunning—peaceful, elegant, and the perfect setting for a relaxing and celebratory getaway. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Dinner at The Arbutus Room was a highlight of the weekend. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Thomas, our server, was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and full of personality. He made the evening feel celebratory without ever being overbearing, and his service truly elevated our dining experience. Our spa treatments were equally memorable. We each enjoyed a Dead Sea Body Wrap including a mini facial and massage. The whole spa experience was calm, rejuvenating, and impeccably run. What truly sets Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa apart is the people. The incredible staff made us feel welcomed, celebrated, and valued throughout our entire weekend. A huge Thank You to Tracy Adriano, Lee, and the entire crew! It was the perfect place to mark a special occasion, and we left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already planning our return.
