All good except noisy air conditioning and pull out bed was down although only myself in the room

While the hotel is a bit dated, it’s very clean and staff is friendly and efficient. A continental breakfast would make it a 5/5.

The hotel was good for what we needed. Reasonable price for somewhere to sleep before surgery early the next morning. Our room had a “smell” to it that wasn’t terrible, just was noticeable when you opened the door.

Interesting open concept where the rooms open to an inner lobby. We thought it might be noisy but it was very quiet. Comfortable bed and very clean.

I didn’t like being near the ice despencer as people we’re getting ice at 3 in the morning.

Booked a double queen bed since it was me, my husband and our two kids. When we got there we were told there was a booking error so we were “upgraded” to a queen suite… which meant one queen bed and a pull out couch. Didn’t think much of it. The room was filthy. There electrical was dangerous. Having extension cords plugged into other extension cords. We told them the toilet was not working so they brought us a plunger to figure it out ourselves. We told them the tv remote didn’t work so they told us to set it up ourselves. We asked for a cot and they said we couldn’t have one because our room had two bed already (which had to be for five people). The microwave didn’t work, and the air conditioner didn’t work. Probably the worst experience we have ever had in a hotel/motel.

Stay was fine…no issues

Everything was amazing at the Canad Inns Hotel!! Checking in was a breeze and my room couldn't have been nicer. It was clean and had everything necessary. Even though I had a room next to the pool, it was so quiet! My granddaughters had a blast in the pool! The staff were wonderful! Right from the front desk person to the cleaning staff (always smiling and saying hello) to the personnel at Aalto's! And parking was a breeze. It was so wonderful that we're planning on going back...and soon!

The staff are friendly and responsive. The hotel is clean. The wait staff and bartender at the pub were great as well.

Avoid this hotel if possible. Tons of security around for a reason, did not feel safe at the hotel at all. Plus the air conditioner was as loud as an air compressor all night. Terrible experience all around.

It was nice and quiet.

Our room was not ready at check in. The floors were soaked from being cleaned. It was obvious that someone overflowed the tub. The carpets were dirty despite being told they were just cleaned. There was food on the chairs, walls and floor. Freshly and poorly repaired drywall in the bathroom area, drug spoon behind the TV. It was bent and burned. We were supplied with multiple fans to help dry the floor, but since you can't open windows, all they did was make noise. The staff was stressed, and was trying to help, but there was little they could do as the rest of the hotel was filled with evacuees of the the wild fires. The hallways and pool area were overloaded with garbage. The staff were trying to keep up but they could not. I would have much preffered a phone call stating that they were housing the evacuees, and they needed the room to accommodate them. We were just travelling in province for a weekend trip.

Quiet and comfortable

Had a pool was clean.

Beds/pillows were comfortable. We had a problem with pur toilet, house keeping took care of it swiftly. Lots or amenities nearby.
