事前に確認が不十分で場所についたがホテルが見つからず１時間くらい迷った。最後に電話を借りで連絡ができて迎えに来てくれたが、チェックインの方法等が、予約確定時に案内されていると助かる。電話しなければならないななら特にその旨を詳しく案内をして欲しい。ホテルと名がついているので当然フロントがあると思っていた。宿泊前日にメールが届いていたようだが、旅行先でメールのチェックができず、危うく宿泊ができなくなるところだった。携帯は今回持参しなかったのでそのところも含めてもっと詳しい案内があるといい。

まず、ホテルにチェックインする前に管理人に電話もしくはメールし、到着後に鍵を渡され部屋の説明とWiFi（無料）についての説明を直接受けます。それ以降は、チェックアウトも含めて、管理人をはじめ一切関係者と接触せずに済みます。チェックイン時に書く書類もなければ、身分証明もなく、チェックアウト時には鍵を部屋の壁に掛けて出ていくという、良いような悪いようなシステムです。当然、部屋の掃除はしてもらえませんが、チップなどを気にする必要はありません。キッチンと電子レンジ、大きな冷蔵庫、最小限の皿などもあるので、2～3人で他人を気にせず宿泊するにはいい環境かもしれません。ウィークリーマンションみたいな感じです。スカイトレインのMetrotown駅が近く（徒歩5分）にあり、駅前に巨大ショッピングモールがあることも魅力です。ただし、セキュリティ面が気になります。

Great location. Unit could have been stocked with more kitchen equipment for a long stay. Towels needed to be better quality.

Property was in disrepair. No water to take a shower. Awful smell.

This building basically needs to be condemned. I'd give it negative stars if that was possible. To add insult to injury, the owner tried to charge us twice -- we had pre-paid for the room and showed him proof but he keeps all of his records on a spreadsheet that said we hadn't paid yet. He charged our credit card a second time -- had to go through Chase to dispute the double charge. Overall a horrible, horrible experience. Stay VERY FAR AWAY!!!

Building ready to be torn down for redevelopment, no fire alarms, most electrical outlets not functioning, no parking, no wifi, no safety rails in bathtub (very slippery), electric kettle and microwave did not work, etc, etc, etc....

I could type the whole thing, but I'll make it quick so more will read it. He left me rude and insulting comments about my class and IQ because I had to cancel, even accepting his ridiculous cancellation policy. My eye surgery appointment getting canceled was beyond my control, causing him to tell me he won't refund any of the two days, even though policy shows half the charge as a fee. I see other reviewers post that he stores their credit card information, which worries me since when I got home I have 2 Email signups for adult content websites, which shows looking for singles from Florida area, which is known for credit card scams. Since he didn't honor the cancellation policy, I will dispute with credit card, and due to his vengeful attitude, I will also have to cancel my credit card. Beware of this scammer, and his "Hotel", which is just apartments in a very unsafe location that is very hard to find.

Spacious and clean except kitchen walls were very dirty. No coffee maker. One mug. One light in a 5 bulb fixture in bathroom. No tv. Close to shopping and they did finally find us a place to park even though though we had asked well in advance.We won't stay there again.

Easy access into the room. Close to shopping. Comfortable bed. Utensils and cooking items that wouldn’t be available in a hotel. New fridge.

You definately get what you paid for . It was clean and quiet easy to get to. No tv and no radio is a big down fall even though we did not spend much time in the place only to sleep but those things would be nice. Convience is definately great. Would stay again.

It felt like a 1960s appartment, which hasn't been updated since then. Very basic, but clean. Had a full kitchen, washroom, and bedroom with living room. Beds were hard, but linen and towels were provided. Had unlimited wifi.

Found the location met my needs.price was reasonable, nothing special.

We hadden een verouderd maar licht en ruim appartement, dat schoon was. Aangenaam contact met de chinese verhuurder, die in dezelfde blok woont. Het ligt op anderhalve blok van Metrotown skyrail station van de expoline voor een snelle en interessante verbinding met het centrum. Goede bedden, zuiver beddengoed. Als je zelf je eten wil klaar maken, moet j aan de verhuurder eetgerei vragen want dat is er niet. Al bij al een positieve ervaring. We zouden er terug naar toe gaan.

We enjoyed having a home away from home for the weekend it was clean and very simple and basic which worked well for us to rent for the weekend and were more then comfortable having a home like space to spend our time in

There are mold on windows edge and sewage smells through out the unit. We filed a complaints with Expedia and ask for money and pack and move out right away.

Got a whole apartment. A 0.3 mile walk to train station. Its like a home away.

This is an apartment. It is very basic. As I was only there to sleep it was alright. Wall very thin. Lots of ambient noise and curtains did not block street lighting.

Expedia did not give a contact for the hotel when the hotel expect d me to confirm my booking. Trying to find the telephone number and drive took about one hour. The contact at the hotel had poor English skills and was very impatient. When I finally made contact, I was treated very well. I wasn't looking for luxury in the hotel so When I got bare bones I wasn't disappointed. I didn't see bed bugs, but no towel racks and missing light bulbs made me suspicious that cleanliness may also be neglected. I was safe, mostly comfortable, close to the Skytrain, close to my destination and an acceptable price made my stay fine. A little work would give a much better first impression.
