What a wonderful experience we had at cannery lofts! We arrived in the evening and we're greeted with friendly service and had been upgraded to a two room suite for our stay. Our daughter had her own room and we all had space to spread out a bit.
An open kitchen area was great for keeping a few groceries and having a place we could all sit together to eat breakfast and prepare for our day. It was quiet but close enough to walk to Clifton Hill. We felt very safe and had absolutely no issues with our stay here. Can't recommend this place enough if you are traveling to Niagara and need a comfortable place to land.

This hotel was amazing! Perfect distance from the falls. Close enough to walk to, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. Our 2 bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Pros: Room was clean & staff was very nice. Comfortable beds. Cons: Pillows too thick but that’s just preference. The walls were paper thin. I heard my neighbors full conversations & needed to get earplugs to sleep. The HVAC system sounded like a jet engine - it was almost unbearable. No bureaus. Had to pay for parking. Overall: Too many cons for the very hefty price tag.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. We were in a two bedroom loft and it was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious with huge windows. The bathroom was roomy and accessible. There was plenty of room for our luggage. The kitchen area was nice and had everything we needed. The location was perfect walking distance from restaurants and entertainment. They have a laundry room on the basement floor and a beautiful common area with couches, tvs and a kitchen, perfect for group meetings/gatherings. 10/10 would stay here again and again!

Room was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was also very spacious, bigger than we had expected. Parking was easy to obtain and there were many spots available right next to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is located in close proximity to the Clifton Hill area and a 30-minute drive from Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Huge room. Comfy bed. Very clean facility. Having a kitchen and full sized fridge was a serious bonus. Felt safe there too. We left our bikes (locked obviously) on the back of the car for two nights. No issues. Parking lot is well lit.
Slight musty smell in the lobby but nothing in the room. We’d go back, 100%

Don’t let the exterior facade fool you. Inside the lofts are super clean and spacious. We were lucky enough to be upgraded as the day was slow so that was unexpected but very much appreciated. Plus the staff was really friendly and helpful when we had any questions about the surrounding area. Highly recommended place!

Very happy with this room!! Check in was great, Lucy and Lara at the front desk, were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, clean, appreciated having the kitchen, was walking distance to local attractions and lots of space for our group of 5. TV was complicated to use and couldn’t watch game 2 of the Stanley Cup. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay, the bed was a bit squeaky and the front staff were amazing in trying to help us. Service and communication from the front staff were exceptional. We will definitely stay again.
