Champlain Motor Inn is a very nicely renovated motel. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again on my next visit to Pembroke.

I have stayed twice in this hotel this year, both for business trip. Without being extra luxurious, it really does the trick, is comfortable and clean. I travel a lot for work and it is one of the hotels you love on the road, short and sweet to check in, still has a decent price in this economy, has what you need, etc. Will book there again if I come to pembrooke in the future or recommend to friends and coworkers.

It was very nice and clean.

We were upset. When we check-in, the hotel receptionist told us that he gave us discount and cheaper price. But I told him that’s my credit card already been charge more larger amount, so I asked him to do the refund for the discount he gave us. Then he said that Expedia (he mention Expedia, not Hotel.com) that have to refund the money, not him. And next time, he said, I have to book directly to this hotel if I want to get cheaper price. After that, my 2 friends complaint and asked me to contact Hotel.com to refund their money. What should I do now? Could you refund the discount price of the money?

Our room was updated which was great, however still smelt badly of old stale smoke. I’m sensitive to smells so unfortunately we only ended up staying 1 of 2 nights.

The owners are very lovely! Friendly and I observed them speaking to someone before me and they were again very kind and lovely ! They want to help make your stay the best and more than once told “if there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask” I was there for 3 nights , beds lovely , rooms clean… only a bit of musty smell , but the hotel is not brand new… but has been updated! I am very pleased and will definitely return

Everything was really great. Very clean, easy to find, very kind and professional person at the office. The only minir issue was the AC was quite loud. Not bad to the point of complaining, though. We slept despite the noise. The bed was really comfortable too. I recommend this motel.

This hotel was an affordable, comfortable stay. Staff was very courteous. The room was clean, well-kept, and we slept well. I would stay here, again.

Great area and nice staff

Stayed in room with 2 queen beds. At night, traffic was minimal so it was very quiet, also didn’t hear anyone on either side of us. Staff was extremely friendly, made sure we were looked after. Rooms were recently renovated. Beds very comfortable. Best motel I’ve ever stayed in, would be happy to stay again.

Second stay at Champlain Motel with my husband and our dog. Prompt and friendly service. We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Comfortable beds. Very clean and I always appreciate when hotel/motel rooms does not have carpet. We enjoyed the use of the Barbeque they provided for their guest.
