It just an old clean hotel. Excellent staff to deal with but the property kinda dirty

Front desk lady was wonderful! Very kind! Room was comfortable and quiet. Pool was fantastic. Very dog friendly facility. Food at the connecting restaurant was delicious. Would definitely stay again on our next trip through.

Unfortunately, I can only give this place 3 stars. When we arrived, our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. There were also large gaps around the door, which let in outside cigarette smoke as well as bugs. The hotel is located right at the end of the runway for Medicine Hat Regional Airport, so aircraft coming in to land were quite noisy. The room itself could have been better maintained. The headboard was heavily marked up, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and we found several areas that hadn’t been cleaned very well. The pool was nice, but the water was quite cold, and the hot tub wasn’t as hot as expected. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing, with limited selection and food that wasn’t very warm. The one bright spot was the staff—they were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, while the staff provided good service, the cleanliness, room condition, and overall experience left plenty of room for improvement.

Staff was rude. Not helpful. Manager didn’t seem to want to fix the problem. Won’t stay again.

Damp smelly room. Our room never got cleaned our stay was for three nights. We left and went to a different hotel due to room not being cleaned. Were offered 40 bucks off. Not good enough. Shame on managememt of this hotel.

If you are booking at this property, be sure to request a renovated room. The room we had was nothing like the Expedia ad showed. Our room was dark and the exterior door was not sealed. It had a huge gap. The interior door to the hallway was lacking extra security lock. The exit door at the end of our hall had about a 1 1/2 inch gap under the door. The hallway walls were filthy as was the carpet. The air-conditioning in our room blew slightly cool air that did not keep the room cool due to the opening in the door as well as you were not able to adjust the temperature. The bathroom was updated so that was good. The room was pretty clean, but it did not feel clean. There were single serve Pringle containers and candy wrappers under the bed. Very poor lighting so the room was dark. The grandkids had a lovely time on the waterslides. They were good and fast! There were breakfast vouchers for the restaurant. Nothing spectacular, but we all found a little something to eat. The service at the restaurant was terrible, but that being said there was only one waitress for a lounge and a large restaurant.

The only thing that was good about this hotel was that it was close to where my grandson was playing baseball. Other than that not much else is good except for the staff they were friendly and tried to deal with my concerns. When we arrived, we went to our room and as I always do, I checked the bed and it looked like it somebody was been still sleeping there. There was blood on the sheets, and then when I move the pillows to check under the pillows, a spider came xane crawling out!! Not a good first impression!! I immediately called down to the front desk, she did move us to another room, which was great. The room itself was fine. It was much cleaner than the first room, but the air conditioning/heat did not work. All you got was cold air blowing out all the time it didn’t matter what you set the temperature at it’s still blue cold air. There were no blankets just sheets! As far as the breakfast, it was fine, but getting to it was another story! My husband uses a walker and the only way you can get there is up a set of stairs, no elevator or ramps!! We were told they could let us in through the bar if we went and got the car and drove around to the other side of the building and she would let us in!! There is no handicap services whatsoever!! The pool is very large and the slide looks like it’s lots of fun, however, pieces of the pool are coming off and that is a little concerning! The hot tub is very small. The pool was quite large and had areas for smaller children.

Incomplete renos, so dangerous areas of the hotel. Room wasn’t ready, we were sent to it and it was still dirty. Staff was wonderful!

Rooms were clean, but the bathroom door didn't close all the way.

The Breakfast, the staff Wonderful! We got a really nice room, but the carpet was dirty, and we found candy under the bed. The beds were clean, pool area was nice. Overall I'd stay here again, I think the vacuuming was just overlooked.

When we arrived our room was not cleaned , we had to go to front desk and tell them and one staff members response was sorry hope you can find somewhere else. The other staff member quickly found another room that worked and was helpful. They are using the excuse of not washing bedding and changing towels everyday for environmental purposes to also not come into the rooms and clean up garbage and make the beds. We found contact lenses on the floor and some weird sticky spot on the floor. The hotel pool was great and the kids loved it but the rooms are as rated about 6-7 out of 10. On the bright side rates are low. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Not the worst stay I’ve had but hire some cleaning staff and put some effort in and it could be far better.

Rooms were not cleaned properly. We found used Kleenex’s and an open bag of cheetos in the cupboards. Bathroom floors were dirty as well. The room had a poorly installed window air conditioner that didn’t work well. The TV and cable were glitchy as well. Overall a really poor stay. The staff was the only helpful thing about this hotel. They were accommodating and tried their best to rectify the situation. Don’t stay here.

For the price this is a really good place. A bad thing is the check in is at 4 and the room wasn’t ready until 4:45.

My wife and I booked this property as Expedia advertised a room with three beds. When we arrived just before midnight, the front desk told me they didn’t have that room available. Since made do with a standard room with only two beds. Since we booked and prepaid on Expedia, front desk let me know there was nothing they could do to refund the difference in price between the two rooms. The hotel is dated, but the staff tried their best. We were thankful for a good night sleep and a warm breakfast!

La climatisation de la chambre n'était pas assez efficace. Il manquait quelques serviettes et autres fournitures à la chambre. Nous avons dû le demander à l'accueil, mais tout nous a été rapidement donné. Le restaurant était vraiment très bon avec un excellent service.

PULL DOWN on the shower spout to have a shower! That caused 2 in our party to have baths. Breakfast was fabulous. Building is dated but looks to be getting some updates. Although the hallway was dated and smelled, the rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall especially for a family, budget friendly hotel, good value for your money.

Our first room was muggy and the a/c didn’t work. We were moved to a room where the a/c wouldn’t turn off. Pick either a steam room or a walk-in freezer… yikes. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and not as advertised. My experience with the hotel and Expedia’s management of this booking is atrocious.

Clean newly renovated room. Great breakfast, Gym was modern and in good shape. Hot tube was very nice.
