Love it all it was so close to all the attractions The only bad thing is communication with the property messages where sent vial emails but no answers

Très bien mais pas de cable pour la télévision. Sinon très beau condo en général.

Greatlace, great location, quiet, parking. Selfserve checkin was a breeze. If I had anything to suggest, would be better mattress in the master bedroom. Also, the condo itself could do with a fresh coat of paint. None of this deterred from the stay itself. Would rebook I. A heart beat.

Decent place.

Very near to Niagara Falls, good restaurants nearby. Clean and Calm Location. Cleaning fee is very high for one day.

Very clean two bedroom condo apartment in nearly new building, well equipped with full size appliances and full set of dishes and cutlery. Smartstays communicated well by text and email, and very friendly on the phone. Minor downside that the heat is centrally controlled and we found it warm, but we just opened the bedroom window to sleep. Each unit has an air/heat unit in the living room we just didn't try to figure it out. Well located about a block and a bit from main Clifton Hill area. We would return.

I liked that it was a fully equipped 2 bedroom condo. I didn’t like that we had to check-in after 4:30 and check out by 10am

Stay was okay. Took the condo mainly as I am with my whole family and we could cook and save a little bit. Location: Location is ok. Walkable to main bazaar - Clifton Hill. Comfort: Bed comfort is not that good. I doubt they are queen mattress as they feel like double size. They are not that comfortable. Cleanliness: Very clean and cozy. All the appliances and Lenin are clean and tidy. Facilities: kitchen is super. Have all dishes and cuttlery for whole cooking. Best for a big family to save money. Overall. They could do little better by increasing the space by reducing the furniture size. Many are but large like dresser and coffee table etc and increase the bed size.

Good location, close to attractions. Having a kitchen saves on restaurant bills. Staff are friendly and helpful. A drawback is the check-in time of 4:30pm, however we were accommodated and let in at 2pm. Also there is no cable, they have smart tv’s so you can watch Netflix, YouTube etc. There is also a $500 deposit.

Walls are very thin you could hear everything thats happening in the building, they charge cleaning fee which is a rip off because the bed sheets were stained and so was the couch, the rooms did not have AC so we had to keep the room doors open to get airflow from ac in living room, the kitchen had spider webs and to top it off we woke up to a mouse in the kitchen one morning i freaked out. Please be aware.

The condo is very clean and beautiful. Ideal if you want to cook your own food as it’s comes all furnished.

The location was walkable to the Falls. You could hear the people above, the walls were thin and both beds sagged towards the middle and had noisy springs. The price was right, the location good but the accommodation was subpar.

Excellent property. Well equipped and in a great location - 5 minutes walk to Clifton Hill and 20 minutes to the Falls.

We enjoyed our stay and was an easy walk to the falls and attractions!

The condo was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. The location was very close to all the Niagara attractions.

It is a self serve type of place which was fine with us. We stayed Monday to Friday. Waling distance to everything and we used the ego a lot. Walls are thin so you hear other people in the other apartments. Some not as respective to quiet hours. Main bedroom bed not comfortable but other beds very comfy! fe complaints worth the money
