スタッフの対応もよく快適に過ごす事ができた。 ホテルは町のはずれにある様に思えたが　繁華街まで歩いて１５分位。 近くにはファーストフード店がいくつかある。 レンタカー利用だったが駐車場代が１０ドルとられた。

一階に宿泊しました。二階の方の歩く足音が聞こえてきました。

The room was clean and staff were friendly.

Very friendly staff. Had to find an outlet to plug in the coffee maker and there was no microwave in the room nor are there any shelves for clothing just a long bench. No hangers kind of unusual but we managed.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things future guests should know. If you’re planning to arrive around check-in time, I recommend calling ahead to confirm that your room is actually ready. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., but when we arrived after a long day of traveling, we were told our room wasn’t ready because there was a larger reservation ahead of us. We were exhausted after the drive and had expected to be able to settle into our room, so the wait was disappointing. The room itself was decent, but we did notice hair underneath the benches, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of soundproofing. We could clearly hear people walking and talking upstairs, as well as conversations and noise from the hallway. As light sleepers, it made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. On the positive side, the parking was very convenient, and the hotel has an on-site café, although we didn’t get a chance to try it. We’d also like to recognize Yas at the front desk, who was friendly, accommodating, and helpful when we arrived. Even though our room wasn’t ready on time, she did her best to assist us, and we appreciated her professionalism. Overall, the hotel has some positives, but improvements to the check-in process, cleanliness, and soundproofing would make for a much better guest experience.

I recently stayed at Coast Canmore with my husband for a vacation getaway. Before reserving this hotel I did read up on previous reviews. Most were positive , so I booked it and the price was right. After a four night stay I will say we were disappointed. The first day we arrived a little earlier at the hotel after a long flight, and asked if the room was ready, they said they are cleaning it and should be in a few hours. After leaving and coming back at 3:30 the room was still not cleaned. We eventually made it into our room. The next morning , we like our coffee in the room, before leaving for the day. The coffee maker was not working , so they brought us another one, that one was worse than the first. Eventually they brought us a third one and it worked for the last two mornings we were there. After a long day of hiking and walking and touring. We were exhausted and all we wanted was a clean room and clean towels. Apparently they missed our room. Again very upset. The front desk gave us what we needed to get through the night and the next day they came to clean and did a very good job. It's a 10 minute walk to main street in Canmore , which was really nice. There is a shopping plaza across the street , with breakfast, lunch and a simple dinner option. When you're spending a lot of money per night, you expect things to go a little smoother.

Incredibly beautiful property. Extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location. About 20 minutes into Bahn national Park. Great places to eat in town. Very walkable town from the hotel. Great ice cream shop right across the street. Would stay again.

L’hébergement est très bien de l’extérieur. L’intérieur à la réception, le hall de l’hôtel et le resto sont rénovés et propre. J’ai trouvé les chambres vieillottes et juste fonctionnel. L’hébergement était bruyant. On était au rez-de-chaussée et on entendait les gens sautés toutes la nuit dans la chambre au-dessus. La climatisation aussi hyper bruyante. Quand on fait la réservation on paye pour un balcon mais ce n’est pas vraiment le cas. Ils ont mis 2 chaises devant la porte coulissante. Je pensais que c’était des chambres à l’étage avec un balcon. Alors j’étais déçue. Le service de nettoyage est un peu catastrophique. On était 4 en chambres et on avait seulement 2 débarbouillettes à chaque fois même après avoir fait la demande pour 4. Il remettait jamais de papier de toilettes et de mouchoirs. On devait toujours demander à la réception. Les toilettes n’était pas super bien laver à notre arrivée. Il n’y a pas de brosse de toilettes. Alors si ta toilette est sale après avoir été à la toilette. Elle reste sale tout ton séjour. Alors qu’à la réception on nous demande si on veut le service en chambre ou des coupons rabais. Je pense que c’était mieux les coupons rabais car le service de nettoyage n’est pas bien. Ils font le lit et remplace les serviettes. Les poubelles n’étaient pas fait à chaque fois. Sinon, le resto ça va mais les portions petites. La salle de gym est très bien. Le spa ça va. Serviette à disposition. À refaire, j’aurais pris l’hébergement dans Banff.

Bar and restaurant staff was outstanding. Professional, courteous, accommodating and generally great humans. Ate at the restaurant twice and my comments about everyone I met. Especially the you man tending bar. Mike from Minnesota

It's a walking distance to shops, restaurants and downtown Canmore. However, no microwave in the room. We were not inform by the front desk that we have complimentary beverages that is included in our accommodation when we checked in. For its price, I highly recommend to look other place that can offer much better service.

The beds were very comfortable nice size bathroom, restaurant was amazing great food
