宿泊価格なりに良いホテルだと思います。 ダウンタウンの宿泊価格が高いホテルと比べるとグレードは落ちますが、宿泊するだけなら十分かと考えます。 価格差の分、朝食からティムホートンに行ってみるなどの体験をされたら良いと考えます。 ホテル周辺に大型スーパー・各飲食店・コンピュータショップなどがあり必要とする商店に不自由がありません。 レンタカーがあればショッピングモールまでもすぐに行く事ができます。

Hotel staff friendly, room was okay for price, did not have breakfast, wasn't even aware of one

Awesome staff

The location was great for us. Lots of restaurants near by. Manager was excellent and attentive to our needs. The bed was very comfy but the backing on the curtains was coming off and there was a small tear on the sofa. But overall very clean and comfy.

you get what you pay for I suppose. Noise in the hall and room next door at 4-5 a.m.. Place smelled of cigarette smoke

every thing was above expectations for the price, except snow removal was lacking. It was difficult to get from vehicle to outside room door because of my limited mobility. However, we will definetly stay there again.

Considering its age, the room was spotless. The check in staff person was helpful and friendly. It is a clean room at a reasonable price.

Staff were wonderful. Sheets and bathroom were clean. When we first walked in there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. The front desk put us on the second floor as it would be “quieter” however it was noisy all night. Right outside the lobby doors people were smoking pot. I’m ok with the weed just not having to walk through it on my way to the car. The neighborhood is sketchy and I would not feel safe if I was alone.

THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM. THEY USE DIFFERENT PHOTO AND IT’S SO DISGUSTING IN THE HOTEL ESPECIALLY THE SMELL OF THE ROOMS. THE AREA ALSO FEELS UNSAFE. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Heat is stuck on, room very run down. Overall hotel is very very tired. Front desk is pleasant. Ended up paying for this room and booking a different hotel in the city.

I did not even stay. The property seemed unsafe with all of the drug addicts outside. Rooms were horrible. Dirty and did not even want to set my stuff down on the bed. Left after being there for 2 minutes. Property owner wouldn’t even refund us. Highly. Highly do not recommend this place

I can't fault the hotel but the area is not great. Crackheads hang out in the parking lot.

The elevator smells like dill. During the day the halls and rooms smell fresh but at night they fill with secondhand tobacco and cannabis smoke smells. We were on the second floor and didn’t have our windows open, so these smells came from the hallway through the poorly sealed door. May weatherstripping would help.

Dirty. I lost my payment because it was unwise to stay! Checked room, Mattress had stains, unclean room, Police cruzer and 2 fire trucks outside added to the unsafe feeling. It looked like long term stay for social services. Expedia please refund!

I've stayed there many times, but this time I had a live cockroach crawl up the night stand. We reported it to the front desk.
