Nice place. Helpful staff.

Awful

The room was decent but that’s where it ends. Staff were rude and not very helpful. When I asked for them to repeat themselves because I didn’t hear them they were very rude and talked down to me. The parking is ridiculous. $45 a night for a crappy parking lot full of potholes and puddles that don’t drain properly. The bar staff in the restaurant were amazing super helpful. The older gentleman was very kind and helpful when I could open my bottle of wine and also gave me a nicer glass to drink from. He went above and beyond. This hotel was convenient location to the Edmonton event center and the patio is beautiful but the staff need an over haul. The morning staff was definitely better than the evening staff as the evening staff that checked me is was awful and so rude. The early morning staff was way better and acually smiled and were polite but the check in lady was awful.

Really good location downtown for event at Edmonton Convention Centre. Parking available near but expensive. Hotel clean, good amenities, staff very friendly and helpful. Our room on the small size but family member adjoining room very large.

It was a nice stay with a good view ver the river. Food was good at the on site restaurant. Parking not cheap but available right out front or with valet.

My partner and I were in Edmonton for a wedding at the convention centre. I chose the hotel because of its convenient location. We enjoyed the surrounding area with all the walking trails along the river. There were some great places to eat within walking distance as well. Not staying in a city location very often, I had a hard time swallowing the cost of parking, I don’t know if $45 a day is too much? We didn’t eat here, but it looked like there was a nice view from the restaurant overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable. Our room faced downtown and I didn’t find it too noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely view of the river. The only drawbacks were the small closet, which didn’t close properly, and the only breakfast option was the buffet. This property is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown attractions.

The bedsheets had a stain and also the sink in the washroom wasn’t draining well enough. I had other issues as well but they were on the third party side (expedia)

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of great options. The property was quiet and relaxing, which made the stay even better. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Not Marriott standards!!! You have to pay $45 a night to park, the valet parking is a joke. They have an ice bucket in the room with no ice machines. The bottles of water in the room are $3 each. No service at all, no one helps with luggage, no check-ins. Would never return.

This hotel was fantastic. Staff went above and beyond, amenities and location were great. We will be staying here every time we visit Edmonton.

There was a gym on the 8th floor and my room was below it. I woke up to the sound of someone running on a treadmill and later in the morning trying to work from my room, sounded liked weights were going to come through the ceiling. When I called reception they were quick to move me to a quiet room. Parking was $45 a night! Not much within easy or safe-feeling walk in terms of dinner options. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Lobby feels clinical and cold.

Overall a nice stay. Clean room, everything worked. Food was decent (burger very good). The proximity of the smaller bar area to the foyer's outside doors made dining while watching some sports quite cold with people coming in and out of the hotel.

Rooms were nice but the thermostat did not work and the room was chilly, beds are not great, good gym, no pool or hottub. Gorgeous views of the river valley. Definitely recommend

Room was decent , fridge was set to room temp. Upon check out i got charged for a water in the room I did not even touch, let alone open . The only real helpful person was the valet driver. Everything else 1 star. They are stealing from the guests.

Clean hotel, comfortable sleep. They have a lovely restaurant according to the menu, but I do wish it was more inclusive to dietary restrictions, such as celiac disease. I had to uber in food because there was nothing celiac friendly on the menu that was also pescatarian/vegetarian. Other than that, the staff were friendly. Wondering why I haven't received the remaining deposit back after the one night stay (aside from the parking), as I only slept in the room for 6 hours and used nothing else. I was told it would be credited back at check out. But overall, a good stay.

Parking was surprisingly expensive, I didn't see that written on any pages, but I could have missed it. Although there was a problem with our room so they voided the fee, I'm thankful for but I think it was $40 per day

Our river view room was very spacious and had been updated. The room and hotel were clean and the staff were efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!!
