Clean room , nice room easy friendly check in

It was good. I didnt wanna stay second floor so they moved me to ground floor

Disturbing guests, loud motorcycles pulling in and out at night, high guests breaking windows, knocking on doors, stained sheets & towels, no milk for cereal at breakfast, no coffee made, no butter for toast

Room looked ok but building is very old, staff was great! Outside feels creepy with people that were around, doors very old, lock didn't work got a different room. Price was way to high for quality of building and place. Breakfast was poor!

There was blood from the previous guests in our bathroom once we got there. This is evidence on how well they clean between guest stays. We stayed elsewhere as that is disgusting, and the hotel would not issue a refund. Stay away

Very nice stay, quiet and location was prrfect .

Immediate regret. I’m an avid traveller and not one to raise concern easily. The posted photos are nothing near realistic. Rooms had an odor and sheets were stained, garbage found under bed. The keys provided for 2 separate rooms, opened the same room and not the other. Staff seems surprised.. very concerning that rooms are not secure with room keys mismarked. An older gentlemen watched from the top level corner when we unpacked and then repacked our truck - and two young girls were dancing in front of their windows when we arrived. 2 star rating for a decent staff member who checked us in and offered another room when we said we were not staying. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night, motel offered 1 room refund.. I’m okay to pay for 1 night to not stay there.

The pictures the hotel supplied to Expedia were misleading to the point of being fraudulent. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown. It was obviously a calculated attempt to mislead the customer. We would not have stayed there if true pics of the room had been provided. It wasn't like pictures supplied were flattering to the room - they were not pictures of that room.

I would stay again they let me stay over time I would stay again happy customer

Flies and also was charged twice due to booking change - one from Expedia and one from the hotel.

The room we got was small but very,very clean. The sheets felt brand new and the comforter on top was very comfy. Mattress was comfortable. The tv channels were clear and a good selection. The towels were amazing, so soft! The breakfast room was spotless and adequate. Frozen waffles, bread for toasting, fruit and hard boiled eggs…great selection of yogurts. Even a few lactose free ones! Something I eat and is not usually offered. I should mention, we had arrived to check in after 4:30. The staff were still cleaning rooms from very unruly guests that trashed the place on the weekend. The room we were supposed to get had a broken TV screen, so they quickly cleaned a different room while we waited. Not a fault of the hotel. The staff were very polite and apologetic about the circumstances.

Comfortable bed

Firstly, this was the only hotel available that had a room. The price was double what I would pay for a 3 or 4 star in a big city. In fact we stayed in a theme room at West edmonton mall for $130 less a night. And that’s not a cheap hotel. So this way over priced. Next, We had a level above their standard room. I would not want to see the standard room because this room had old dirty carpets, tile in washroom and other areas was so dirty that my white socks actually got dirty. Towels and bedding were clean and the bed was made tight. Just have a hard time thinking how much I paid and the standard it was at. The rating was a two star… and I knew that when booking, but it was my only option to make this family visit happen.

The bathtub was unsafe (bathtub liner let go and water seeped between tub and liner therefore very unstable to stand in). The carpet was stained and dirty. Had a change of room for second night and no shower curtain was in the bathroom and the bathroom door was falling apart. The outside screen door had no window or screen. We would have changed hotels however nothing was available due to a festival on this weekend. On the website, the rooms appeared very different and updated.

Cozy little spot. Comfy beds. Hot showers. Cany ask for much more.
