We booked the loft, but it really isn't a loft. It's just a larger room. Based on the cost of the room I believe we could get more value in other places. More expensive for no real reason.

The room was well-equipped for those wanting to prepare their own meals. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. We needed two chairs with backs in order to be comfortable and the room had none. Also, we did not realize that there were two sets of several stairs (with no handrails) at the entrance of the hotel. These stairs were quite a challenge for my husband who uses a walker and cane. Would not recommend this hotel for seniors.

Easy to check in with automated keypad.
No technical issues which was great as we arrived at 1:30am. (Early morning the day after our check in scheduled for 4pm the previous.
Only thing is the garbage disposal noise outside of Loft 47 woke my partner who is a very light sleeper up on consecutive mornings around 7:30am.
Space is unmatched though, a lot of space in the room which for the rate we paid was great value!

At first I was a bit hesitant as the hotel sent me a boarding pass with details of how to get into the building, room (no reception). However I was pleasantly surprised how efficient this worked.
Very modern, clean room with a kitchen and seating area. Conveniently located.

Parking is a nightmare with lack of instruction for out of towners. If you don’t have a car, this place is a gem. Units are really chic and spacious.

Clean room, very convenient to have washer/dryer in unit. Location was great for access to Old Town.
Would have been nice to have a stepstool for the dryer - the controls were very high, and I’m short!
